PRICE AGREEMENT DESCRIPTION:

This Statewide Price Agreement (PA) was the result of a Special Procurement (SP-1161-19) granting authority to establish PA’s for both the purchase and replacement of GlobalStar and Iridium satellite phones and services, associated components, software, maintenance and billing by Oregon state agencies and Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program (ORCPP Members) and Washington State Purchasing Cooperatives. (Collectively “Authorized Purchasers”).

Pricing Example

• Company ABC signs up for one large unlimited talkgroup and has 10 devices. • Company ABC wishes to use their PTT service with global voice service access but does not want to purchase any minutes in advance. o They know they require service for the next year so opt to sign a 12-month contract in order to access the lowest monthly rate. o Company ABC ends up using a total of 20 minutes to place calls to a mobile phone number. • Company ABC is responsible for: o Large unlimited monthly talkgroup charge = $500 o Monthly PTT access for all 10 Extreme PTT devices = $65/device x 10 devices = $650 o Monthly Global voice for all 10 Extreme PTT devices = $25/device x 10 devices = $250 o Airtime use for 20 voice minutes used = 20 minutes x $1.39/minute = $27.80 • Total Charges for the Month = Monthly Talkgroup Charge ($500) + Monthly PTT Access ($650) + Monthly Global Voice Access ($250) + Charges for Voice Minutes ($27.80) = $1,427.80/month exclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

Iridium PTT Pricing Terms & Conditions

• The coverage area included in a talkgroup can be spread across multiple regions (up to 10). • A device may belong to up to 15 talkgroups. • A minimum of 5 devices is required per free small and reduced medium talkgroup. • Regions are defined in the Command Centre by circular or rectangular shapes and must have a minimum area of 17,671 km2. • Talkgroups can be upgraded any time by contacting Roadpost customer care. Proration will apply. • PTT monthly access requires a 3 or 12-month term. If service is cancelled prior to the end of the term, an early termination fee will apply. Once the initial term is satisfied, a month to month term applies. • The North America voice plan will only provide voice service within North America up to 12 miles off the coast for the following regions: Canada, U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii), Caribbean and Central America. • Iridium Voice Add-ons are only available with the purchase and activation of the Iridium PTT Base and Extended plan and with the Iridium Extreme PTT phone. • Note that SOS alerts from the Iridium Extreme PTT device only work when in Phone mode with an active voice add-on and is not supported in PTT mode.

A $20 activation fee applies when activating a ZOLEO monthly plan.

Plans can be changed online any time, and suspended or canceled any time after the initial 3-month term; monthly fees and allotments will be prorated accordingly.

Plans auto-renew month-to-month until suspended or cancelled; no credits for cancellations or suspensions within the first 3 months.

Suspend your plan when not in use for just $4/month. While suspended, you retain your ZOLEO SMS number and email address and your account remains active but your device will not transmit messages (including SOS). Unsuspend online any time with no activation fee. Suspensions are limited to once per monthly bill cycle.

SOS messages are included and do not decrement from your plan.

A Fair Use Policy applies to all unlimited and SMS messages and may be applied if your use of unlimited and/or SMS messages greatly exceeds average consumer usage.

You may use your ZOLEO product anywhere there is network coverage (subject to any applicable restrictions due to export laws, local laws, licensing requirements and regulations).
