OVERVIEW OF THE LOAN PROCESS

Submitting The OfferWe will write an offer and discuss all of the terms and questions you may have before submitting it to the listing agent.

Sign Electronic DocumentsWe provide a secure electronic document storage software. This enables you to sign offers and other documents electronically, allowing for a convenient and easy way to communicate.
Escrow DepositYou will need to provide an earnest money deposit at the time of an accepted offer.

1. PriceCurrent market value, overall condition, and seller motivation are a few things to consider when making an offer. Although it may be tempting to make a low offer, it is not always in your best interest as it may offend/insult the seller and prevent them from negotiating.
2. Move-in DateIf you can be flexible on the possession date, this may make your offer more attractive over other potential offers.
3. Additional PropertyOften, the seller plans on leaving major appliances in the home; however, which items stay or go is often a matter of negotiation. Most things attached (considered a fixture) stays with the property, i.e. a dishwasher or microwave/range hood combo. Additional items must be requested.
