From the Mini Cross - Black (B), cut:• (2) 3” x 36” WOF strips. • (2) 3” x 41” WOF strips.

From the Border Stripe - Cream (C), fussy cut:• (4) 3 ¾” x 40 ½” length of fabric (LOF) strips, each centered on large snowflakes.

From the Mini Buffalo Check - Red (D), cut:• (3) 2 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (26) 2 ½” x 4 ½” strips.

From the Diamond Weave - Cream (E), cut:• (1) 2 ⅛” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (4) 2 ⅛” x 3 ¾” strips.

From the Mini Buffalo Check - Cream (F), cut:• (1) 2 ⅛” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (4) 2 ⅛” x 3 ¾” strips.

From the Diamond Weave - Gold (G), cut:• (3) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 1 ½” x 47” strips.• (3) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 1 ½” x 49” strips.

From the Mini Squiggle - Black (H), cut:• (3) 3 ¼” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 3 ¼” x 54 ½” strips.• (3) 3 ¼” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 3 ¼” x 49” strips.

From the Floating Geo - Cream (I), cut:• (15) 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (232) 2 ½” squares.

From the Basket Weave - Red (J), cut:• (7) 2 ½” x WOF strips for the binding.• (4) 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (30) 2 ½” x 4 ½” strips.• (1) 2 ⅛” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (16) 2 ⅛” squares.

From the Mini Cross - Red (K), cut:• (4) 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (30) 2 ½” x 4 ½” strips.

From the Mini Buffalo Check - Cream/Red (L), cut:• (4) 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (30) 2 ½” x 4 ½” strips.

From the Novelty Toss - Black (Backing), cut:• (2) 70” x WOF strips for the backing. Sew the strips together and trim to make the 70” x 70” back.

Block Assembly1. Sew (1) 3” x 36” Fabric B strip to each side of the 36” x 36” Fabric A panel. Sew (1) 3” x 41” Fabric B strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A panel. Trim the block to measure 40 ½” square to make the Center Block (Fig. 1).

2. Place (1) 2 ½” Fabric I square on the left side of (1) 2 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric L strip, right sides together (Fig. 2). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 2). Flip open the triangle formed and press (Fig. 3). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle, leaving a ¼” seam allowance.

3. Place another 2 ½” Fabric I square on the right side of the 2 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric L strip, right sides together (Fig. 4). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper left corner to the lower right corner (Fig. 4). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle, leaving a ¼” seam allowance. Flip open the triangle formed and press to make (1) Unit 1 strip (Fig. 5).

4. Repeat Steps 2-3 to make (30) Unit 1 strips total.

Quilt Top Assembly(Follow the Quilt Layout while assembling the quilt top.)12. Sew (1) 3 ¾” x 40 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) Unit 7 square to each end of (1) 3 ¾” x 40 ½” Fabric C strip. Repeat to make a second strip. Sew the strips to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

13. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 47” Fabric G strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 49” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

14. Sew (1) 3 ¼” x 49” Fabric H strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 3 ¼” x 54 ½” Fabric H strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

15. Sew the Left, Right, Top and Bottom Borders to the Center Block to make the quilt top.

16. Layer and quilt as desired.

17. Sew the (7) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric J strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

18. Bind as desired.

5. Repeat Steps 2-3 and refer to Figures 6-8 for fabric identification, location and seam direction to make (30) Unit 2 strips, (30) Unit 3 strips and (26) Unit 4 strips.

6. Repeat Steps 2-3, refer to Figures 9-10 and use (16) 2 ⅛” Fabric J squares, (4) 2 ⅛” x 3 ¾” Fabric F strips and (4) 2 ⅛” x 3 ¾” Fabric E strips to make (4) Unit 5 strips and (4) Unit 6 strips.

7. Sew (1) Unit 5 strip to the top of (1) Unit 6 strip lengthwise as shown in Figure 11 to make (1) Unit 7 square. Repeat to make (4) Unit 7 squares total.

8. Sew (27) assorted strips together lengthwise to make the Top Border (Fig. 12 below).

9. Sew (27) assorted strips together lengthwise to make the Bottom Border (Fig. 13 below).

10. Sew (31) assorted strips together lengthwise to make the Left Border (Fig. 14 below).

11. Sew (31) assorted strips together lengthwise to make the Right Border (Fig. 15 below).
