ditentukan oleh usaha. Membutuhkan umpan balik dan pengetahuan

• Kebutuhan yang memuaskan ada dua• Kepuasan kerja dan ketidakpuasan kerja• Kepuasan kerja disebut motivator

• Effort expectancy = seberapa besar usaha untuk mencapai hasil
