Chelmsford is an affluent City in the county of Essex, within London’s commuter belt. The City is positioned 30 miles (48.2 km) north east of Central London, 21 miles (33.8 km) south of Colchester and 16 miles (25.7 km) east of Harlow.

Chelmsford benefits from excellent road and rail networks connecting it to Central London and the south east.
