In February, GETHRR rallied dozens of local businesses to host a “Night to Shine,” an unforgettable prom night event for individuals with special needs in Perkiomen Val-ley. Over 450 people attended the event, at the Hope
Church in King of Prussia in collaboration with the Tim Tebow foundation. Special needs guests were treated music, dancing, hair and makeup services, flowers, limo rides and photography, provided by the gracious donations and volunteers. This was the area’s first event of its kind, and part of a program that holds many similar events worldwide. This spring, Gethrr will continue to organize charitable events which provide businesses with an
opportunity to collaborate, donate or volunteer. To learn more about “Night to Shine” or future events, visit gethrr.com.

THE JOB EXCHANGE ASSOCIATES, INC a leading staff-ing agency in Montgomery County announced today they have won
Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client Award for providing superior service to their clients. Presented in partnership with Career-Builder, Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are nearly three times as likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to
those working with non-winning agencies. Focused on helping Montgomery, Chester and Delaware County companies find the right people for their job openings, The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of
10 from 87% percent of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 27 percent. Award winners make up
less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada who earned the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence. “Our company works hard to make service a priority and we are proud and honored to be recognized for our efforts in this way.” The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. President, Lori L. Colasanti said. "Leaders of growing companies are more committed than ever to staying flexible in
this stable yet volatile market, making staffing firms the most viable employment partnership," said Inavero's CEO Eric Gregg. "Finding the best staffing partner with a proven com-mitment to service excellence can be really tough. BestofStaffing.com is the place to find the winning agencies that place talent with the skills you need in your city or state. We are very proud of the 2016 award winners." About The Job
Exchange Associates, Inc. At The Job Exchange, we specialize in finding accounting/finance, administrative, customer sup-port, human resources and marketing/sales professionals that stand out among their peers for direct hire, temp-to-hire and temporary placement. counties find excellence in their search for talent.

PMA MEDICAL SPECIALISTS Hosts Go Red for Women Day! To raise awareness among local women that heart disease is their #1 health threat, PMA Medical
Specialists’ physicians, providers and staff donned their red. According to Kathleen E. Magness, MD, a cardiologist at PMA Medical Specialists, "Our Go Red for Women Day is a great opportunity to reach out to women in our community and alert them to their personal risk factors for heart disease. By joining together we can raise awareness locally about heart disease and help lead
women on the path to prevention." PMA Medical Specialists’ activities are in partnership with The Heart
Truth, a national education program warning women about their risk of heart disease. The program is sponsored by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department
of Health and Human Services (HHS), in partnership with The Office on Women's Health (OWH) and other organiza-tions committed to the health and well-being of women. The Heart Truth created and introduced the Red Dress® as the national symbol for women and heart disease aware-ness in 2002 to deliver an urgent wake-up call to American women. The Red Dress® reminds women of the need to
protect their heart health, and inspires them to take action. This national education program is building awareness of women's heart disease and empowering women to reduce and prevent their risk. It is reaching women with important heart health messages in commu-
nity settings through a diverse network of national and grassroots partner organizations.
