We're looking for someone who:

Can embrace the challenges associated with a

business that is in transition to a new suite of

business systems. 

Has the determination and drive to improve the

baseline understanding of the business systems

and can encourage the use of best practice across

the group. 

Is willing to explore the different training mediums

(including e-learning & online courses) and develop

solutions to meet the changing needs of the

business. 

Can commit to offering specialist support to

delegates while inspiring them to undertake new

skills. 

Is keen to design and develop course material for

the various business systems and special projects

in line with the Business plan. 

Communicates extremely well with the course

delegates and can also liaise closely with the

business unit managers to identify development

opportunities and ensure training needs are met. 

Has the confidence to deliver one to one and group

training sessions across all PSD offices in Europe

& Asia.

About the offer

enthusiastic personality who is able to develop coaching programmes for the future while

ensuring that training of the current systems and processes are maintained.

If you think you have what it takes, and you have 2-3 yrs training experience ideally within a

recruitment environment, then you might be the business systems trainer we need.
