This Level 2 qualification is for learners working in the Operational Delivery Profession.

It allows learners to develop the knowledge required for employment and/or career progression within Operational Delivery. The qualifications include units on working in operational delivery, providing customer service, data security and equality and diversity in operational delivery.

To achieve the Level 2 Award in Operational Delivery Principles, learners must achieve a total of three units.

To achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Operational Delivery Principles, learners must achieve a total of five units: four mandatory and one optional

To achieve the Level 2 Diploma in Operational Delivery Principles, learners must achieve a total of seven units: four mandatory units and a minimum of three optional units.

Structure

To achieve the Level 2 Award in Operational Delivery Principles, learners must achieve the three mandatory units (201, 207, 208). To achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Operational Delivery Principles learners must achieve the four mandatory units (201-202, 207-208) plus a minimum of one additional optional unit (203-206, 209-211). To achieve the Level 2 Diploma in Operational Delivery Principles, learners must achieve the four mandatory units (201-202, 207-208) plus a minimum of three additional optional units (203-206, 209-211). Assessment One multiple choice test for each mandatory or optional unit (learners are to be exempt from any units they have already completed as part of their City & Guilds Award or Certificate).

These qualifications are based on self-study and refer to CSL learning opportunities. If you have many years of experience and have previously completed other CSL learning modules, you may only need a few hours of revision before sitting the tests.
