hire a company that does professional cleaning. Other than that, he did good.

• We had just listed our home for sale and agreed to hire Mr.Oliver to clean out a few rooms in

our house. He had sent me a very reasonable price for what we wanted him to do and made

an appointment the next day for him to come in to do the service. We ended up getting an

offer on our house later on that night and the new owners wanted to bring their own cleaning

crew in to do the service I had scheduled Mr.Oliver to do. We had to cancel our appointment

but please note that their decision to go with their own people had nothing to do with

anything that Mr.Oliver did with his business. Mr.Oliver came highly recommended from

users on this site and I also read very positive reviews so we are bummed we couldn't use

him but we will be using him in the future when friends and family need a reliable,

dependable cleaning service.

• David arrived about 20 minutes late. He was very friendly throughout the cleaning event.

Because he arrived late, I did not have time for him to clean the small room included in the

estimate. As he left, he told me the carpet would be dry 3-4 hours later. When I returned

home from work, about 6 hours later, my carpet was soaked. I could place a paper towel on

the carpet and would present a wet handprint. My husband and I spent the night using

another carpet cleaner to pull up the water. I took a break to retrieve my visiting family from

the airport. The next morning, disaster recovery cleaners were still pulling up water from my

carpet. I sent photos of the dirty water that was removed from my carpet to the referring

agency. When this job was discussed, the once friendly David was extremely rude and

confrontational. Thanks to the intervention from Thumbtack's superior customer service, I did

get a refund. My carpet was not even cleaned, the water removed was dirty. It didn't even

smell clean. I had to hire a disaster clean up crew after his attempt at carpet cleaning, and

other contractors came out to see if the floors had been damaged from all the water that was

left on them. I do not recommend him. I do, however, commend Thumbtack on their superior

customer service.

• I thought initially that he did a good job. Unfortunately I looked at his work in the evening and

it was dark in the house. He cleaned several spots that were not visible and did them very

well but the kitchen floors and counters were not clean and there was a large stain on the

floor u Dee the stove. He also cleaned the interior of the stove but left the top and area

where the dials are completely untouched and dirty. He was a nice guy and spent q long time

on he house but I cleaned for another two hours the next day to get the house where it

needed to be.

• David’s Cleaning Service, cleaned Mr. and Mrs Binns, home the first week of July.

Mr. Binns, was very pleased with the service I’ve provided.

The home was about 2,762 square feet. Cleaning three bedrooms, three bathrooms

and a basement. a one-time cleaning.

partnered with a Food Pantry and there is a lot traffic, spills, etc. David's Cleaning did a great

job to extract the old stains and spills. Great company and great work!
