1.0 Introduction
1.1 The Leche Licious Enterprise is a new firm that operates in Semporna,
Sabah. Our company was established on 23rd March, 2013. Leche Licious
Enterprise is a partnership company. The type of product that we wanted to
sell is desert. In our company, each person managed and controlled one
assigned department. The departments that we have are Marketing
Department, Financial Department, and Operational Department.
1.2 Working time.
Our company operates from 2.00 pm until 5.00pm every Monday until
Saturday.
1.3 Location.

1.4 Company Background
The name of Leche Licious came from the combination word of Leche Flan
for “Leche” and delicious for “Licious”. This name was given by one of our
partner and we all agreed to use it as our company name. This name
symbolizes that our product is synonym with delicious.

2.0 Product Description
2.1 History of Leche Flan
Our company decided to produce and sell a product named Leche Flan or
also known by Malaysian as cream caramel. The name comes from the local
term for the originally Spanish that is flan de leche, literally “milk flan”. It was
first introduced in Malaysia by the Portuguese in 1500s.
2.2 The product rarely can be found in Semporna. It means that our firm maybe
does not have any competitor at all. Our company have decided to make
three designs for the produce, which are a slice (in triangular shape), a tray
(in round shape), and for special design (love and star shape). Our product
has exclusive packaging and its cleanliness is guaranteed. We think that
Leche Flan should be on the market because it can give additional nutritions
that is needed by the human body. The reason why we choose this product
because of its cost effective operational and the ingredients are in abundant.

3.0 Objectives
3.1 Slogan
~sweet as love~
The Leche Flan is a sweet dessert that is much like the sweetness of “Love”.
Because of that, the idea of “sweet as love” came out from one of our partner
and we use this to be our product’s slogan.
3.2 Vision
“To serve people by providing delicious dessert”
3.3 Mission
To get more view of profit every year.
To improve profit margin by reviewing its pricing policy, reduce costs of
sales by changing supplier, reduce labour costs and production wastage.
Decrease customer dissatisfaction.
Maintain the firm’s efficiency in controlling costs so that the profit that we
get will always increase per year.

4.0 Significance
4.1 The product uniqueness is there is no Leche Flan being sold in Semporna;
means that our company does not have competitor.
4.2 Contain lots of protein for human body.
We said so because our product contains milk and egg that have lots of
protein to help keep human’s body strong and healthy.

5.0 Marketing Strategy
In marketing strategy, we have decided one person became the Marketing Director
that is Atina Binti Basit. She is in charge of every marketing strategy of Leche Flan so
that it will be known by the others.
5.1 In her strategy, our company use advertisement through www.facebook.com
and www.twitter.com for our product to be well-known and in demand.
She also makes leaflets, and business card to circulate it with Leche Flan that
has been sold.

6.0 Budget
In calculating budget for the company, the person that is in charge of finances is

Cost needed for each slice of leche flan:
RM94.70 ÷ 40 slices = RM2.37
The price for each Leche Flan is RM2.50
The profit that we assume for each Leche Flan:
RM 2.50 – RM 2.37 = RM 0.13
If every day we sale 40 slice of Leche Flan:
RM 0.13 × 40 slices = RM 5.20
Means, we get RM 5.20 profitability from selling of 40 slices of Leche Flan.
Wages paid based on profits that receive by the company.
Say if we hire one worker:
Each slice of the Leche Flan sold will pay RM 0.05 to worker. If every day 40 slice of
Leche Flan were sold:
RM 0.05 × 40 slices = RM 2.00
Means, the wages that paid to every worker is RM2.00 for every 40 slices of Leche
Flan. The more profit that we get, the higher that the wages receive by workers.

7.0 Conclusion
In conclusion, we all hope that we can successfully managed and control our
company to achieve our target profit that we wanted for now and for the future. If
there are no obstacles in the operations of the company, we will continue with the
existing products and always provide the best product to all customers. Our
company’s brand will be positioned at the low-price, high-quality end of the dessert
category. We believe there is significant opportunity for Leche Flan, and through the
product’s launch and through succeeding stages of the product goodness. For the
success of this product, we hoped customers will always support and interested to
enjoy the products and that demand will continue to increase from time to time. Also
unforgotten to our beloved lecturer Interactive English that always supports us for
succeeding this task. We hope that we can us this knowledge in our life for the future.
