NZCCSS conferences hold a distinctive place in the sector with an exciting mix of keynote speakers, expert panels and workshops that work through current issues as part of our overall goal to promote the wellbeing and reduce health and social inequalities

Participants at past conferences describe them as the friendly conferences with a sound balance between the strategic and big picture issues facing our sector as well as practical, service‑focused sessions featuring latest ideas and research.

ABOUT NZCCSSThe New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services (NZCCSS) has six foundation members: the Anglican Care Network, Baptist Union of New Zealand, Catholic Social Services, Methodist Church of New Zealand, Presbyterian Support New Zealand Inc. and the Salvation Army. NZCCSS works for a just and compassionate society in Aotearoa New Zealand with a focus on the poor and vulnerable members of our society and Te Tiriti O Waitangi.

Nationally, NZCCSS membership consists of multiple social service groups working from almost 640 separate organisational sites, which collectively provide over 1,200 social service programmes throughout New Zealand. A significant part of that work is devoted to working with older people to support them through a range of community programmes, supported housing, home‑based support services, aged residential care and retirement villages. This year’s conference will be an opportunity to LEVERAGE AND PROFILE YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE.

We undertake to ensure all sponsors will receive maximum time and exposure in front of the delegates (estimated at 150 ‑ 200 full registrations).

Being held in Auckland the committee has access to a wealth of local knowledge, this will be combined with a high level of invited presenters to provide supportive and stimulating presentations to the delegates.

Conference Dinner – Thursday Evening 1900-2330The dinner will be held at the Rendezvous Hotel. Entertainment, a three course meal and refreshments will be provided.

All delegates, exhibitors, sponsors will attend this function as part of the full registration.

PRE-DINNER DRINKS AND EXHIBITORS DEMONSTRATIONThis will include all delegates who will make their way round all exhibitors to hear from your reps, as they move (on a signal) to the next exhibitor they will have the opportunity to enter into a competition (this will relate to each exhibitor and is of a pictorial nature).

The prize will be a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S. They must complete a simple entry form and need to have visited each exhibitor to have this information.

Food and refreshments will be served during this session, and there will be spot prizes for delegates answering questions posed by the exhibiting companies.

EXPRESSO The Barista machine will be allocated space alongside the exhibitors site, the barista will use a table. This also includes a bar learner and signage in the style of the sponsor.Cost: $900.00 plus GST

FRUIT BURST Includes either fruit smoothie’s or fruit kebabs which will be served from your site (on a separate table) at all catering breaks.Cost: $700.00 plus GST

FRESHLY BAKED Includes the treats from the hotel baker which will be served from your site (on a separate table) at all catering breaks.Cost: $500.00 plus GST

SEAT DROP This sponsorship is on a first come basis and allows the sponsor to provide an item of promotional material to be placed on the seats in the main lecture room.

The session selected will be discussed with the sponsors and the items are to be given to the conference manager for placement. Cost: $300.00 plus GST (4 available)

CONFERENCE CATERINGIncludes morning and afternoon tea and lunch on either Thursday or Friday. An A4 table promotion on each of the catering stations during the break.Cost: $400.00 (per day) plus GST

PEARL CORPORATE SIGNAGE DISPLAY We will provide a plasma screen on a stand for you to run your message continuously throughout the conference, along space for a company sign to be located below the plasma screen (maximum size 1m x 1m).

SAPPHIRE EXHIBITION DISPLAYThe exhibition (map attached) will be the location for Thursday evening Exhibitor demos, pre‑dinner drinks, morning, afternoon teas and lunches on Thursday and Friday.

From the site floor plan please select a preferred space. Sites can be selected through the online registration website.
