What are the Awards all about?

The Business Moneyfacts Awards are presented at the single most important awards ceremony in the

business and commercial finance calendar. Business Moneyfacts is the only industry publication to

reward outstanding service levels as well as recognising product quality. Rigorous product monitoring is

carried out throughout the preceding year and the community is also consulted for their feedback. The

ceremony is the pinnacle of the year’s product and service advocacy.

Every year the Business Moneyfacts Awards showcase a sector that continues to innovate, grow and

excel. The awards are a well established highlight of the industry calender.

How are organisationsshortlisted?

How do I find out about the finalists?

Broker and business voting

We will invite brokers and businesses to visit separate online surveys, asking each community to vote for

their top product providers relating to service offering and overall product offering. The voting will open

on Monday 4 October and close on Friday 12 November 2010

Electronic ‘buttons’ are available for providers to encourage their brokers and/or business customers to

participate in the voting process – email [email protected] for details.

Moneyfacts data

The remainder of the categories are decided using data that our researchers painstakingly gather across

the industry throughout the year.

Email [email protected] to register your interest – we will then send you an email as soon as the

shortlists are released.

Why should we book tables?

We hope that all providers have the confidence in their products to think that they can win – and who

wouldn’t want to be there to pick up an award? Not only that, many organisations take the opportunity to

invite key contacts, using the event as a networking and hospitality opportunity, or invite staff to the event

as a reward (often booking two or more tables in the process). The 2010 event was another record

breaker and we look forward to welcoming even more guests in 2011.

How do we book tables and howmuch does it cost?

Email [email protected] to request a booking form. The packages available are as follows:

• Standard tables of 10 - £2,095 plus VAT

• Premium tables of 10 - £3,495 plus VAT - including your organisation publicised as a ‘supporter’ of the

event, VIP drinks reception, priority seating, premium table drinks and dedicated table hostesses to look

after your guests.

There will also be a finalist only package available, details of which will be communicated directly to the

relevant organisations once the shortlists have been announced in December 2010.

If we should win – how can wetake advantage of our success?

Moneyfacts have many tools to help capitalise on the success all our winners, including Highly

Commended and Commended. More details will be provided to winners soon after the ceremony, but we

are happy to discuss options in advance if you wish to be prepared for success!

• Ensure that your product details are always up to date

• Encourage your broker contacts to enter the broker awards and to vote in the provider awards.

• Be prepared for success and consider how you would utilise awards success in your year round

marketing plans.
