Located at the entry to the world renowned Nelson Wine region and only 15 minutes from Nelson Airport, Petite Fleur at Seifried Estate is the perfect venue for any occasion. Our purpose built function centre, restaurant and catering facility is set in the tranquil surrounds of the Seifried Estate winery and vineyard.
Head Chef Horst Wellmeyer and Front of House extraordinaire Justine Robertson welcome you to Petite Fleur. We have developed a reputation for quality, innovation and professionalism that is enjoyed by our regular clients and new customers alike.
Our function centre has three different sized rooms to cater for any occasion from small meetings, training seminars and intimate dining to large corporate functions, conferences, and gala dinners.
Whatever the event, Petite Fleur at Seifried Estate offers experienced quality service and can create an innovative selection of food to suit any occasion using only the best quality ingredients available and local produce whenever possible. All menus can be altered to suit individual tastes and we are happy to customize menus to include specific dietary requirements.

Appleby’s Function Room
Capacity: Banquet 60 - 250+, Theatre 300, Cocktail 300+, Classroom 100
Our largest function room is designed for conferences, product launches, large private parties and gala dinners. Located on the ground floor, Applebys opens onto a private outdoor garden courtyard, providing a perfect setting for aperitifs and photos.
Applebys spaciousness can accommodate musicians, dance floor and central staging making it suitable for any large splendid affair.

Vines Function Room
Capacity: Banquet 2 - 60, Theatre 60, Cocktail 80, Classroom 35
Located on the upper level Vines is ideal for smaller intimate functions, corporate seminars, training meetings or
special occasions. It flows onto a lovely balcony overlooking the splendour of the vineyard, surrounding
countryside and mountains.

Petite Fleur Restaurant at Seifried Estate has been a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, and is well suited for private functions. The dining area opens to a large garden courtyard and private setting, including a children’s playground area. The restaurant is a very flexible option for family affairs or functions with a dining/entertaining focus.

Business Meetings Terms and Conditions
1. Booking/Deposit Policy: A booking only becomes confirmed when a completed booking form and a
signed terms & conditions form with a deposit is received (Deposit amount is the venue hire charge). Should the event be cancelled the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Charging: For charging purposes final numbers must be advised 48 hours prior to the function.
Confirmed numbers will be the minimum charged.
3. Payment: Payment of the final invoice is due within 7days of the function unless prior alternative
arrangements have been made. Preferred method of payment is online banking, however payment can be made by visa and mastercard, surcharges apply.
4. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation of your booking the deposit will not be refunded. If notice is
received within 1 week prior to the function date, Petite Fleur at Seifried Estate reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the cancellation of products and services. The client will pay for the cost of any food that has been ordered.
5. Booking Amendments: Petite Fleur at Seifried Estate reserves the right to charge for any last minute
changes to orders or any subsequent delivery fees that result in additional dispatch of goods/services.
6. Damage: The organisers are financially responsible for any loss or damage to the property, building and
equipment by the guests during your business meeting. The organiser agrees to indemnify the management for any loss or damage to the property, building or equipment or consequential loss as a result of the guest’s use of the premises. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for all services damaged provided by Petite Fleur at Seifried Estate and/or affiliated vendors.
7. Loss Liability: Petite Fleur at Seifried Estate holds no liability for anybody’s property that attends and all
the client’s property must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless previously arranged.
8. Behaviour: Management reserves the right to evict any guest behaving in a manner contrary to our
standards.
9. Children: Children attending functions must be supervised at all times.
10. Pricing: Every endeavour will be made to maintain prices as estimated but we reserve the right to apply increases that occur beyond our control.
11. Beverage/Food: As we are a fully licensed facility, no alcohol is to be brought onto the premises. Due to
health and safety regulations no food may be brought onto the premises and any leftover food will be disposed of unless prior arrangement has been made. Petite Fleur at Seifried Estate will not accept any liability if the food is taken off the premises or bought in by prior arrangement.
12. Smoking: Our entire venue is smoke free inside. We have designated smoking areas outside.
