Business and Management BA (Hons) or MBus
If you have a relevant level 5 qualification, such as an NVQ Diploma, Foundation Degree or HND in a leadership, management or related discipline, our distance learning course will allow you to continue your studies and achieve a Bachelors degree in 18 months or a Masters level degree in just three years.
Whether you’re looking to enhance your existing military career or want to be prepared for life on ‘Civvy Street’, this part time course will help you to gain key practical business and management skills, empowering you to build a future that’s full of opportunity.
You’ll explore a combination of modules that we’ve handpicked to develop ethical, strategic and effective leaders and managers. Over the full MBus course, you’ll take 11 modules, covering everything from strategy to project management, business analytics to digital marketing, entrepreneurial leadership to sustainability. If you are not ready to commit to a postgraduate programme, you can choose to graduate with a BA after six modules or a Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) after ten, tailoring the course to suit your own goals and timeframes.

You’ll be able to study wherever you are based, at whatever time suits you, and you’ll have the option to take study breaks during the course if required, whether it’s for personal or operational reasons.*

Throughout your time with us, you will:
• Have access to a range of learning materials through our online eLearning portal, including videos, podcasts, eBooks, electronic journals and more

• Engage directly with your tutors, and other students, during virtual tutorials and workshops
• Be able to tailor your assessments to your military career, and focus on roles that you are aspiring to

MODULES AND FINANCES Our course is divided into ten 20 credit modules, each lasting 10 weeks, plus a 40 credit research based study, lasting 20 weeks. You’ll be able to spread the cost of your fees over the duration of the course, paying in module-by-module instalments. You will also be able to use Enhanced Learning Credits for this programme (Provider ID: 1286 / Course: 21PMBS-N). COURSE STRUCTURE Our Business and Management course is delivered through a flexible carousel structure. This means that you will have the opportunity to study all of the modules, but the order you take them in will vary depending on when you begin your studies.
