Business strategy

1.0 ArenaThe main product of our company is flying car. This is a new technology developed by the Research and Development(R&D) team. This technology will be venturing into personal flight industry which most of the people prefer today. Our market arena will be the globe because this technology is a technological evolution of the 21st century. The main geographic area to market this technology is in Malaysia, United Kingdom(UK), China and United States of America(USA).

2.0 DifferentiatorsThe main differentiator of our technology than the others is our main product, the flying car. Not a single company existing now is planning to produce flying car. Our product will be including both high end specifications and also lower end specifications, but the main technology will be there.

3.0 Means of Participation in Targeted ArenasTo penetrate our target arenas, which are Malaysia, UK, China and USA, we will be collaborating with local vehicle dealers in each respective country. We will also join international car shows to market our product as well as our technology.

4.0 Staging and PacingCurrently, our resource is limited, but we had already secured investments from Google, Boeing and Berkshire Hathaway. They are our investors and the current total investment is enough for first line production and market the product to respective target arenas. Current human capital is 50 persons, six of them are executive board, and the rest are supervisors and production line workers. With these in hand, we can enter target markets faster. And we can even market our product ahead of the international car show this year.

5.0 Economic LogicOur economic logic lies on the technology of the product itself, which is the profit from the product. Our marketing price for our product will be 30% higher than the cost itself. So for every product sold, we are profiting 30% from it. As we go further, our company will develop a franchise brand and will rent the brand to any dealer interested in bringing our technology into the country.
