Pupil Free Day this Friday 6th March (No School) OSHC Available all day (bookings essenal) It was wonderful to see so many parents who aended our Meet the Teacher & Informaon Evenings last week. Our teachers presented very insighul informaon about classroom processes, learning iniaves and what they expect out of their students. We hope our parents found the informaon useful. Our Class Captains and Vice Captains were announced at our recent Monday assembly. Each student presented a speech to their classmates about how they can be a good leader in and around our school, bringing important student suggesons and informaon to the Student Acon Team meengs, led by Mr Bolger. Each Class Captain and Vice Captains role is to be a student voice”, alerng the Student Acon Team of student concerns and suggesons, and working together to constantly make improvements around our school. Our Prep captains will be announced in the coming weeks. Also on Friday our students enjoyed a Pop- Up Disco and Sausage Sizzle put on by our Social Enterprise Team. Students enjoyed dancing to DJ Casswith profits from the sausage sizzle going to our Social Enterprise chosen charies. Today, a team of swimmers are represenng our school at the District Swimming Carnival, having placed well in the previous compeon compeng against students from neighbouring schools. We wish them the best of luck as they compete today and are very proud of making it to this event. Our Parents & Friends Team are pung together what we are sure will be a wonderful event at our upcoming Welcome Community BBQ on Friday 13th March. This event brings our community together, for fun acvies and games, yummy BBQ and various stalls . If any parents are available to help out during this event (for just 30 minutes), selling or cooking BBQ items or helping on the cake stall, please sign up through the sign up link https://signup.com/go/QMkWEAc. We appreciate any help parents can give. We will hold a Second-Hand Uniform Sale on Monday 16th March straight aſter assembly. Limited items will be available for $5.00 (Bags $10). If any families have good quality uniform items that their child no longer wears, fits or needs, please forward to our office as soon as possible. Have a great week! Our teachers presented very insightful information about classroom processes, learning initiatives and what they expect out of their students. We hope our parents found the information useful.

Our Class Captains and Vice Captains were announced at our recent Monday assembly. Each student presented a speech to their classmates about how they can be a good leader in and around our school, bringing important student suggestions and information to the Student Action Team meetings, led by Mr Bolger. As part of Clean Up Australia Day which was a nation-wide event last Sunday, our students participated in Clean Up Bundoora on Friday, working in and around our school to clean up the environment, including in the neighbouring Gresswell Forest.

Also on Friday our students enjoyed a Pop-Up Disco and Sausage Sizzle put on by our Social Enterprise Team. Students enjoyed dancing to “DJ Cass” with profits from the sausage sizzle going to our Social Enterprise chosen charities.

Today, a team of swimmers are representing our school at the District Swimming Carnival, having placed well in the previous competition competing against students from neighbouring schools. We wish them the best of luck as they compete today and are very proud of making it to this event.

I’ve always wanted to try skateboarding.

I enjoy drawing, reading and writing in my spare time.

I sit like a frog which is pretty weird!

I don’t really know I would probably miss everything!
