What is a Bundle Deal?

“Bundle Deal” is a feature in Seller Centre that allows sellers to create bundles with discounts. You can self-create and manage bundles any time: ● mix and match products in your shop● set the bundle discount type● view orders and export order details

Shopee users will see your Bundle Deal label when shopping.

This promotional tool can help you to attract more clicks for your products, get more items per order, and increase sales.

There are 3 bundle types you can choose from:1. Percentage discount

e.g. Buy 3 items & get 10% off

2. Amount discount e.g. Buy 3 items & get $3 off Note: The discount amount must be lower than the original amount of all items in your bundle.

3. Special bundle pricee.g. Buy 3 items at $10 Note: The special bundle price must be lower than the original price of all items in your bundle.

5. Add products to the Bundle Deal

After entering your bundle details, click Add Product to add them to the bundle.

6. Select your products for the Bundle Deal

This product selector displays all products in your shop.

● Click on the products you wish to add to the bundle.

● Sold out items are greyed out and cannot be selected for the Bundle Deal.

● Click on the drop-down filter for easier selection of your products.

7. Batch Enable products in a Bundle Deal

All products in a bundle deal need to share the same shipping channel. Please remove products of different shipping channels to enable bundle deal.

All products in a Bundle Deal must:a. have the same shipping option b. not be in an overlapping event

or promotion (e.g. flash sales or another bundle deal)

Otherwise, the bundle deal cannot be enabled (toggle off in grey). Please remove these products and click Batch Enable again.

8. You’re all done

Once you have created your bundle, you can view the bundle details under My Bundle Deals.

● Click Buyer View to see what your promotion will look like to Shopee users.

● Click on View Orders to track your order details.

9. View your Bundle Deal orders

When you click on View Orders, you will get an overview of your Bundle Deal orders:● Number of orders● Unit price ● Sub-total price● Order SN● Order status

To download CSV report of your bundle deal orders, click on Export.

The maximum duration for a Bundle Deal is 3 months.

You can edit the Bundle period for:● Ongoing deal: the end

time can only be changed to be earlier than what was previously set.

● Upcoming deal: the start time can only be changed to be later than what was previously set.

You can edit products for Ongoing or Upcoming Bundle Deals. Click on Action, followed by Edit products.

Bundle Deals that have Expired, or are Shopee Created (with blue label), cannot be edited.

Q: Which of the 3 bundle types should I choose?A: The 3 bundle types cater to different needs:

1. Percentage discount is best for lower-priced items2. Amount discount is best for higher-priced items, so there’s a cap on the discount3. Special bundle price is best for products that can be used together, such as skin care

Q: Why do I get an error message after entering an amount discount / special bundle price?A: Check the discount amount applied. The after-discount price must be lower than the original price of all

items in your bundle.


FAQ: Adding products in Bundle Deals

Q: Why can’t I add some products into a Bundle Deal in the Product Selector?A: You cannot add products that are sold out. They will be greyed out and you will not be able to select them.

Q: Why can’t I ‘Batch Enable’ some products in a Bundle Deal?A: Products in a bundle deal cannot be in:

● different shipping channels ● overlapping events (such as Flash Sale or another Bundle Deal) during the same period

Remove products in different shipping channels or in overlapping events and click ‘Batch Enable’ again. Alternatively, you can enable the Bundle Deals when the overlapping event has ended.

Q: What happens to my product in an existing Bundle Deal when it enters a new Flash Sale?A: The product will be temporarily removed from the bundle collection for the Flash Sale duration.

Q: What is the maximum number of items I can add in a bundle deal?A: You can add up to a maximum of 1000 products for one Bundle Deal.

Q: What products cannot be included in a bundle deal? A:

Q: Can I remove or add products in a Bundle Deal?A: Yes, as long as the bundle is ongoing or upcoming. Go to My Bundle Deals Action, select Edit Products

and select the products you’d like to remove.● Batch Delete to delete products in a bundle● Batch Disable to temporarily disable the products from the bundle● Batch Able to add / reactivate products in a bundle

The on/off toggle shows you the status of the products in the Bundle Deal. ● On (green) means the product is in the bundle. ● Off (grey) means the product is not in the bundle.



FAQ: Editing the Bundle Deal period

Q: Why can’t I edit the timing of my Bundle Deal?A: You will only be able to edit timings for Bundle Deals that are:

● Ongoing: the end time can only be changed to be earlier than what you had previously set.● Upcoming: the start time can only be changed to be later than what you had previously set.

This helps to prevent potential overlaps with other Upcoming or Ongoing bundle deals that you may have created. You will not be able to edit the timings for Expired or Shopee-created bundle deals.



FAQ: Limiting Bundle Deal purchase

Q: How do I limit the sale of bundles?A: To limit the number of Bundle Deals each buyer can purchase, you can set the bundle purchase limit

when creating the Bundle Deal.



FAQ: Purchasing more items than your Bundle Deal rule

Q: When the number of products selected by the buyer exceeds my Bundle Deal rule, which products will be included in the bundle and which will be purchased at original price?

A: Products with the highest prices will be automatically included in the Bundle Deal. The remaining products will be charged at their original prices.

For example:Bundle Deal Rule: Buy 2 items at $10Products in Bundle Deal: Item A (original price $3), Item B (original price $5), Item C (original price $5)● Items B and C will be automatically included in the Bundle Deal. ● Item A will be sold at $3.



Q: Can I set a Discount Promotion for items in a Bundle Deal?A: Yes, you can set a Discount Promotion for an item that is in a Bundle Deal. Various promotions can

coexist but they must have different priorities.

FAQ: Setting multiple promotions for your items

Flash Sale Bundle Deal, Discount Promotion Wholesale


Bundle Deal shares the same priority as Discount Promotion, but only 1 will apply depending on buyer’s item selection:

- If buyer adds enough items in cart to fulfil a Bundle Deal, the bundle pricing and limitation will apply. If buyer’s item selection does not fulfil a Bundle Deal, the Discount Promotion pricing and limitation will apply.
