Bulletin: Liberty Mutual® & Safeco® Profile Setup for CCC ONE® Claims Management

Introduction This bulletin outlines the setup of Liberty Mutual (LM) and Safeco (SA) claim office profiles in CCC ONE (for GRN and IAs). This bulletin also includes UpdatePlus configuration instructions (for GRN).

Claim Office Profile Setup

Ste p #1: Save (or cut and paste) the LM and/or SA Profiles.zip(s) (located to the right) to a folder on your computer. Copy profiles out of ZIP folder to a new folder.

Step #2: Identify and Import the appropriate initial profile into CCC ONE using the following guidelines/directions:

Initial profile for Liberty Mutual:- Use 0359 for New Jersey and Illinois- Use 0897 for West Virginia- Use 0275 for all states other than NJ, WV,

and IL

Initial profile for Safeco:- Use PLOC for New Jersey and Illinois- Use PLPE for West Virginia- Use PLSA for all states other than NJ, WV,

and IL

To Import the initial profile Into CCC ONE:1. In CCC ONE, go to Configure>Profiles; select Import Profiles.2. Browse to the folder on your computer with the saved LM /SA

profiles.3. Select the appropriate initial claim office profile per Step #2.4. Import LM or SA initial profile into CCC ONE.

Step #3: Open the ‘Profile Setup’ job aid (right) to complete LM/SA profile setup for: taxes and labor rates, 2 and 4 wheel alignment prices, zip code search coverage, and the total loss IDs.

Step #4: In CCC ONE, highlight the profile just updated and select ‘Copy Profile’ on mini toolbar. LM/SA claim office codes and total loss IDs are included in the ‘LM_SA claim offices and TL IDs’ spreadsheet (right).

Step #5: IMPORTANT: Total Loss IDs must be manually validated in each profile. Use the ‘LM_SA claim offices and TL IDs’ spreadsheet (right) to identify the appropriate TL IDs to enter for each LM/SA profile.

Repair Facility Profile Setup

Liberty Mutual® & Safeco® Profile Setup (continued)

CCC UpdatePlus Status and CSI (for GRN): Liberty Mutual and Safeco use UpdatePlus Status to keep customers apprised of the progress of their vehicle’s repair.

Repair facilities with UpdatePlus Status and CSI should add Liberty Mutual and/or Safeco to the list of Insurance Companies enabled for UpdatePlus Data Sharing. Both LM and SA use the settings shown below, which are found in repair facility’s profile within CCC ONE located at Configure Profiles:
