March 17, 2013 Today we are taking a look at Jesus as our lamb, the one who was slain to cover all of our sins and give us salvation. Now that is an easy picture for us to grasp but when you wrap that around the context of Revelation 5 it can tend to get a little confusing. That is why Pastor Luke has decided to break it down for you to reveal just how rich this text can be and really what a blessing it can be to us. Seven eyes? Seven horns? What is all that talk about? Tune in today and see. We get to walk through the revealing of the book of Revelation together, as it is meant to be. Jesus, one minute our Lion and moving on the scene with great power and might and the very next minute covered in His own blood for the sacrifice of man. The only being able to break the seven seals and open up the property deed to earth, Adam, being the only other one to have been offered that opportunity. Jesus Christ would open the scroll and unravel for us the story of all human affairs. Jesus let the sins of humanity fall on Him. We no longer need to be slaves to our misgivings. We have been redeemed and we live in that promise today. Today’s Scripture Revelation 5:6-13 1Kings 22:11 Psalm 89:19-24 Jeremiah 32:19 Psalm 32:8 Seek God for the City helps you to mobilize many to pray with united, sustained vision for people of your community. Today we are taking a look at Jesus as our lamb, the one who was slain to

cover all of our sins and give us salvation. Now that is an easy picture for

us to grasp but when you wrap that around the context of Revelation 5 it

can tend to get a little confusing. That is why Pastor Luke has decided to

We get to walk through the revealing of the book of Revelation together,

as it is meant to be. Jesus, one minute our Lion and moving on the scene

with great power and might and the very next minute covered in His own

blood for the sacrifice of man. The only being able to break the seven

seals and open up the property deed to earth, Adam, being the only other

one to have been offered that opportunity. Jesus Christ would open the

scroll and unravel for us the story of all human affairs. Jesus let the sins of

humanity fall on Him. We no longer need to be slaves to our misgivings.

We have been redeemed and we live in that promise today.
