• Tripling of Central City residential population, with at least 20% in affordable
housing
• Completion of CTICC expansion
• Expanded V&A Waterfront, with new visitor attractions
• (Possibly), a new passenger liner terminal
• Completion of upgrade of CT Station
• New Bus Rapid Transport system and enhanced train services
• Resolution of issue of incomplete foreshore freeways

• Conduct Central City stakeholder workshops and
public meetings to discuss proposed outcomes and
strategies

RECOMMENDATION…
That copies of the CCDS popular document be circulated to the Good Hope Sub-Council in October to be discussed at a workshop.
