Appearance Overview
Explaining Orders and Shipping
The ordering and shipping section of your application is where you can view the orders made by your customers. You can then mark the order as shipped, or notify your
customer that their in-store pickup is ready for collection.
Navigating to Orders and Shipping
When inside your app, you can navigate to ‘Order and Shipping’ by clicking on the ‘Orders and Shipping’ widget in your widget menu. You will then be
brought to a screen which displays all of your most recent orders.
Understanding an OrderWhen a customer purchases an item you will receive an email alerting you of the sale. The item will then appear in a list which will be broken down into the following sections:
Product: shows the name of the product that was purchased
Quantity: displays how many of that item was purchased
Price + Shipping: gives the amount the item cost plus shipping cost
Sub Total: shows the total order amount, including price, quantity, and shipping
Process Fee: reveals the fee accessed by PhoneFare
Total: displays the amount you will receive
Info: allows you to review the order in further detail
Refund: permits you to refund the order to the customer
In Store PickupsIf you have the ‘Stores’ widget active, your customers will be
given the option to pick up their shipment in store. To view in-store pickups, click on the ‘In-Store Pickup’ tab.
Understanding In-Store Pickups
The ‘In Store Pickup’ provides a detailed overview of what needs to happen now.
Product: shows what product was purchased
Quantity: displays how many of that item was purchased
Store Name + Location : provides the name of the store where the customer wants to pick up their order
Status: displays whether or not the customer has be notified that their purchase is ready to be picked up
Info: provides additional information on the purchase
Mark as Ready: allows you to send an email notification to the customer, letting them know that their purchase is ready to be collected
ShippingWhen a customer places an order and requests that it be shipped to them, you will be provided with this information. To find products
that require shipping, you simply need to click on the ‘Shipping’ link in the sub-menu.
Understanding ShippingThe shipping section provides you with a detailed overview of what you need to do next.
Product: shows the product that was purchased
Quantity: displays how many of that item was purchased
Ship To + Location: provides information on the store that the customer requested their order be shipped to, or alternatively, their own shipping address
Status: displays whether the item has been shipped to the customer
Info: provides additional information on the purchase
Mark as Shipped: allows you to send an email notification to the customer letting them know that their purchase has been shipped
