Coronado Beach during a California

vacation. Using a beautiful background

will help you create a video that will

grab your viewer’s attention and add

visual interest.

• Dave’s developed a process for

following up with leads using phone

calls and videos; he describes it in his

video. The process is not complicated,

but when used consistently it

dramatically improves results. He also

sends videos after every appointment

to say thank you and move the

opportunity forward.

easy as leaving a voicemail, don’t forget

the visual nature of your sends. Take

think that - more than anything - lets

appointment face-to-face.

or convert as effectively as video emails.

Face-to-face messages are the next best

thing to getting together in person.

• It doesn’t take much effort to get

primary ways Catherine puts video to use

is following up with people after open

houses. Find one way to use it and repeat

it often.
