• What are their strengths & weaknesses?• What is unique about them?• How do they view YOUR role?• What would like to see happen at your school?• What do they want potential families to know
about your school?
Ask for Insight & Feedback
• This is what I want to accomplish & why• This is how I envision your role• How do WE make it happen?• How do you recommend that I contact• What did they think?• What would they do to make it better?• What can WE add or do different?
Acknowledge Their Contributions
• Send Thank You notes• List their names on the website• Acknowledge them in front of their piers and
visitors
