1. I’m in! How do we become a PP local host?

Simply go to the PP platform (www.letsplayplanet.com) and create an ac-count. Then, click the button that says “Become a host”. If you have any ques-tions, feel free to send us an email.

2. Is there a limit to the number of local trips we can upload in the platform?

The sky’s the limit! You can upload as much trips as you wish. Just make sure that these trips can bring positive social impact and promotes sustainable travel practices.

3. How do I know if someone booked our local trip via the platform?

You will receive an email notification about a request for booking, which you can confirm after logging on to your PP account. So don’t forget to check your mail regularly!

4. How can we reach the travelers who have booked our trip via the platform?

The Playplanet platform allows you to exchange messages with your travelers and share your contact information.

5. Tell us more about the Playplanet business account.

The PP business account makes it easier for you, our travel partners, to manage your travel contents on the platform. This will be helpful if you have many hosts or guides giving different trips. They will each have their individu-al PP account, under your company’s account. We encourage you to use your guides’ photo instead of your company logo on individual accounts to create a more personal and local feel to the trip.

6. Is it okay to use a personal account even though we are a company?

No problem! Actually, it would be better if that profile shows the photo and details of the local host (+ company name) giving the particular trip. Never-theless, we recommend a business account so your business can easily manage different host accounts.

7. We don’t have a Paypal account. How else can we receive our profits from the platform?We may do online bank transfers, but that would be subject to varying trans-fer fees.

8. Will our contents become Playplanet property once we upload them onto t he platform?Playplanet will not own the contents you upload. Our platform serves as a place where hosts can personally create and promote their local trips and connect with travelers and hosts alike.
