We use the IEC 61131-3 standard for PLC programming, HTML5 for the user interface, BACnet and Modbus for module and device communication, and save data in a standard SQL database.

Our R&D department in Helsinki responds to any requests for changes or updates within weeks, if it is for new specifications, protocols, applications or for communication with a new third party device.

We have our own warehouse and shipping facilities at the same premises in Helsinki. All this means that from design over manufacturing, storage and shipping to delivery and billing, everything happens in Finland, a member state of the EU.

We like to keep it simple

We are a company from Finland, and in the Nordic countries we don’t like unneccesarily complicated things. We design and manufacture all our hard- and software ourselves, meaning; factory prices, no license fees and a small number of versatile products.

Approximately 400 projects are completed every year using Fidelix equipment, making us the biggest BMS supplier in Finland. We work closely and directly with our partners. This means that you too have direct access to the factory. We provide first class hardware and software that will enable you to program your project really fast, effectively and efficiently.

Three simple programs, free of charge, with amazing capabilities

1. FX-Editor Manage your projects easily in our FX-Editor workbench software suite. Duplicate, multiply and adjust systems and subsystems in your project, or use templates from your previous projects. With FX-Editor you will be able to program a full air handling unit in less than a half an hour, guaranteed!

2. FdxGraphics HTML Editor Use the same graphics editor to design a room panel, an online water meter interface, a full air handling unit view, and even the overview pages for our SCADA software.

3. Infoteam OpenPCS Program your FX or your room controller using the international industrial automation standard IEC 61131-3.

All our software is designed to reduce the programming time to a minimum. That also means having easy access to software updates, manuals, data sheets, function libraries, etc.
