What is Program Income?
• Program income is gross income received by PJ, state recipient or subrecipient directly generated by:– Use of HOME funds OR – Matching contributions
• Funds generated through the use of HOME funds that return to these entities are PI in perpetuity– Applies even if the funds are received after the end of the affordability period
