While some of the laws are essential for the humanity, there are other which held on the proper and planned growth of civilization in general.

Human beings no longer have to roam around for proper shelter but live in better planned and construction of such houses, same basic rules and regulations which may be termed as “building Byelaws” are absolutely necessary.

THE PADESTRIANS FIND THEIR WAY DIFFICULT WHILE MOVING DUE TO THE NARROW STREETS .

THE ELECTRIC POLES ARE HIGHLY CONJESTED WHICH ACTS AS A SIGN OF DANGER FOR THE PADESTRIANS BELOW.

HYGIENIC PROBLEMSTHE DRAINS ARE MOSTLY OPENED IN ALL PLACES ,

RESULTING IN FOUL SMELL , BIRTH OF FLIES, MOSQUITOES ETC.

THERE IS NO PLACE FOR THE DUMPIMG OF GARBAGE WHICH RESULTS IN THE COLLECTION OF HEAPS AT THE OPEN SPACES.

THE PEOPLE FIND DIFFICULT TO WORK DUE TO THE WASTE FROM THE DRAINS , INFRONT OF THEIR SHOPS.

THE WATER GETS COLLECTED IN THE UNDULATING ROADS RESULTING IN THE BIRTH OF HARMFUL BACTERIA , CAUSING SERIOUS THREATS TO THE PEOPLE.
