Additional Security And Protection With Secure Access Codes

What You Need To Know At First Login

At first login, you will have to re-enroll. Enrollment is easy - after you validate your in-formation and select a Login ID (previously referred to as User ID) you will be prompted to choose a password. As part of the new sign-in process, a Secure Access Code will be sent via text, email or phone call.

Mobile App Users: Our iPhone, iPad and Android apps will also be updated. Your app will update automatically if you have automatic app updates enabled on your de-vice. You can update your app manually by navigating to your device’s app store and searching for Dutch Point Credit Union.

Example of First-Time Enrollment Screen

You will no longer see a unique image or receive challenge questions during the login process. Instead, you will be asked to enter a 6-digit Secure Access Code which can be sent via text, email or phone call. You will also have the ability to register your device in the new platform, eliminating the need to enter a Secure Access Code at each login.

Please take a moment to log in to our existing Online Banking platform to review and update your email, home and mobile phone numbers.

Accurate contact information will be necessary in order to receive your Secure Access Code.

More Digital Banking Features That You Will Enjoy!

With our new platform you will enjoy new features that are not available with our cur-rent Online Banking platform. Some of these include:

• Establish one Login ID in Digital Banking, which provides access to all your Dutch Point accounts on one home screen. This will include all accounts on which you are a primary owner or joint owner.

• Access to self-service Login ID and pass-word resets available 24/7.

• Customize your Digital Banking home screen by arranging accounts into groups, or hiding accounts you prefer not to see.

• Joint Owners will be able to register for Digital Banking and have their own login credentials.

Account Holders will notice some exciting changes to their digital experience. Account holders will be able to:
