To live a peaceful life, then follow the Four Noble Truths: Suffering is a part of life.

Everyone Suffers Suffering happens because people

think material possessions can make them happy

If you stop craving material possessions, then you’ll be happy

What is the Eightfold Path? The path to

achieve a peaceful and happy life

Eightfold Path teaches people how to change their speech, thoughts, and behavior to achieve happiness.

It also teaches the importance of meditation to ease suffering.
