2 Overview of the N68E-22 CabinetThe N68E-22 cabinet features a modular design. It provides sufficient space for installingdevices such as subracks and power distribution box to facilitate capacity expansion andmaintenance.

Appearance of the N68E-22 CabinetThe color of the N68E-22 cabinet surface is purple and gray. The N68E-22 cabinet can becategorized into two types: the single-door cabinet and the double-door cabinet. Figure 2-1shows the single-door N68E-22 cabinet. Figure 2-2 shows the double-door N68E-22 cabinet.

3 Preparing for the N68E-22 CabinetInstallation

About This Chapter

Before installing the N68E-22 cabinet, you need to unpack the cases and check the items in thecases. Ensure that all the tools required for the installation are available.

3.1 Unpacking the Cases and Checking the ItemsThis section describes how to unpack the cases and check the items in the cases to facilitatesubsequent cabinet installation.3.2 Tools Required for Installing the N68E-22 CabinetThe tools required for installing the N68E-22 cabinet are tools for measuring, marking, drilling,and fastening, small tools, auxiliary tools, meters, and some special tools.

3.1 Unpacking the Cases and Checking the ItemsThis section describes how to unpack the cases and check the items in the cases to facilitatesubsequent cabinet installation.

Prerequisitel Site preparation for the installation is complete.l The cases that contain the cabinets and components are delivered to the site.

Contextl When carrying or placing the equipment, you should ensure that it does not collide with

doors, walls, shelves, or other objects.l When transporting or installing the equipment, components, or parts, you should avoid

touching their uncoated metal surfaces with sweaty or dirty gloves.

ProcedureStep 1 Unload the cases.

CAUTIONWhen unloading the cases, you should place the cases in sequence. Ensure that the labels on thecases face the same direction.

Step 2 Check whether the number of cases on site matches the Packing List and whether the place ofdelivery is the same as the actual installation place.

If... Then...

The number of cases on site matches that in the Packing List Go to Step 3.

The number of cases on site does not match that in the Packing List Go to Step 4.

Step 3 Check the shockwatch labels on both sides of each case to determine whether each case has beenhit.

If... Then...

Both labels on a case are transparent, asshown by part 1 in Figure 3-1

The case has not been hit. Go to Step 5.

If... Then...

Any label on a case becomes red, as shownby part 2 in Figure 3-1

The case has been hit by a force greater than50g (g is the standard gravity) duringtransportation. Such hit may damage thecabinet or boards in the case. To handle thisproblem, go to Step 4.

Step 4 Stop unpacking the cases. Ask the project supervisor to send the Cargo Problems Report that issigned by the customer to the local Huawei office within three days.

Step 5 Check whether the cases are intact.

If... Then...

Any case is seriously damaged or soaked, Go to Step 6.

The cases are intact, Go to Step 7.

Step 6 Stop unpacking the cases, find out the causes, and contact the local Huawei office to furtherhandle the problem.

CAUTIONTo protect the equipment and find out the causes, perform the following actions: Move theunpacked equipment indoors for proper storage, take photos of the storage environment, therusted or corroded equipment, packing cases, and packing materials. Keep these photos for futureverification. Store the packing cases and materials properly.

Step 7 Unpack the wooden cases.

CAUTIONl Before unpacking, move the wooden cases into or close to the equipment room if enough

space is available. This prevents damage to the cabinets during the transportation.l When you unpack the wooden cases, unpack the one containing the packing list first. Then,

you can find items rapidly according to the names, codes, positions, and quantities in thePacking List.

l The following description takes the wooden case that contains the cabinet as an example.The methods of unpacking other types of wooden cases are similar.

1. Place the wooden case on the ground. Ensure that the side with the wooden frame faces thebottom.

2. Use a wrench, a flat-head screwdriver, or a claw hammer to straighten the tongues on thefour sides of the cover, as shown in Figure 3-2.

3. Remove the cover. If the wooden case contains a carton, take out the carton and then open

it according to Step 8. If the wooden case contains a cabinet, go to the next step. See Figure3-3.

4. Use the same method to remove the side boards from the wooden case, as shown in Figure

3-4.

5. Erect the cabinet with the BOTTOM side down.

CAUTIONThis operation needs three to five installers. Prevent the cabinet from falling during theerection to avoid personnel injury.

6. Remove the bottom of the case, that is, the side with the wooden frame.7. Remove the packing foam from the corners and edges of the cabinet.8. Remove the vacuum plastic bag.

Step 8 Unpack the carton, as shown in Figure 3-5.

1. Check the types and quantities of the items in the carton according to the carton label.2. Use diagonal pliers to cut the straps.3. Rip the tape along the joint seams by using the paper knife. Do not insert the knife too deep,

or else the items may be damaged.4. Unpack the carton and take out the items.

Step 9 Unpack boards.

CAUTIONl Electronic components are extremely sensitive to static electricity. When unpacking the

boards, wear an ESD wrist strap or a pair of ESD gloves properly.l The ESD bag contains desiccant to keep the bag dry. When taking the board from a cold dry

place to a hot damp place, wait at least 30 minutes before unpacking. Otherwise, moisturecondensed on the board surface may damage the board.

1. Check that no evident damage is on the board packages.2. Open the packages and ensure that the boards are in good condition. For any board problem,

contact the order management engineer at the local Huawei office.

Step 10 Check whether the unpacked boards need to be installed immediately, and then proceedaccordingly.

If... Then...

The unpacked boards need to be installedimmediately,

Place the boards on an ESD surface anddischarge the static electricity.

The unpacked boards need not be installedimmediately,

Pack the boards with the original materials andplace them in a cool dry place away from directsunlight or strong electromagnetic radiation.

Step 11 Check the items. Check the items one by one according to the names, types, and quantitiesdescribed in the Packing List.The acceptance of items covers the following aspects:l Appearance: Check whether there is any visible defect, looseness, distortion, or damage;

check whether the labels are legible and whether the nameplates and decorating plates areavailable and meet the requirements.

l Integrity: Ensure that all the parts and accessories required for the installation of cabinets areavailable.

l Computer: Check whether the monitor, keyboard, and mouse are intact and in good condition.l Board: Ensure that the type and quantity of the boards are consistent with those in the Packing

List. Ensure that no printed circuit board is broken and no component is detached from theboard.NOTEThe project supervisor should take the major role in the inspection of equipment and components whoseelectric characteristics are likely to have been affected.

If... Then...

The packing list indicates "shortage ofarticles",

Inform the order management engineer at thelocal office. Then, sign the Packing List togetherwith the customer.

There are any short, wrong, extra, ordamaged items,

Representatives of Huawei and the customermust sign the Unpacking Inspection Memo andPacking List. The installation supervisor must fillin the Cargo Problems Report and inform theorder management engineer at the local office inthree days. The installation supervisor must keepthe problematic items intact and the inner andouter packing intact for future investigation andverification.

The shipment is intact, Place the inspected items by type. Then,representatives of Huawei and the customer signthe Packing List.

3.2 Tools Required for Installing the N68E-22 CabinetThe tools required for installing the N68E-22 cabinet are tools for measuring, marking, drilling,and fastening, small tools, auxiliary tools, meters, and some special tools.

Common ToolsTable 3-1 lists the common tools required for installing the N68E-22 cabinet.

Contextl Line drawing and hole drilling are the primary tasks for cabinet installation as imprecise

drawing or drilling may hamper the installation. Therefore, it is important to ensure theirquality.

l Before marking cabinet positions and drilling holes, check the installation position of theequipment, such as cable racks, in the equipment room for easy cabling.

l The Equipment Room Floor Plan is provided by the customer or the site survey personnel.

ProcedureStep 1 Ensure that the Equipment Room Floor Plan is in accordance with the requirements for installing

the N68E-22 cabinet by referring to 5.2 Template Files for Installing the N68E-22 Cabinet.Step 2 Use a tape measure to determine the cabinet positions based on the dimensions specified in the

Equipment Room Floor Plan.Step 3 Determine the positions of the holes for the expansion bolt assemblies on the concrete floor

based on the installation position of the cabinet.You can use the marking template or tape measure to determine the positions of the holes forthe expansion bolt assemblies on the concrete floor. The marking template is made of paper andis prone to deformation. Before using the marking template, check whether it is deformed basedon the dimensions of marking template specified in 5.2 Template Files for Installing theN68E-22 Cabinet.

Step 4 Use the marking plate to determine the positions of the holes for the expansion bolt assemblies.1. As shown in Figure 5-4 or Figure 5-5, use measuring and marking instruments to measure

and mark the start points for the front of a row of cabinets. From each start point, mark thebenchmark lines in the cabinet arrangement direction.

2. Place the marking template on the floor. Ensure that the semicircle notch of the templateindicates the front of the cabinet and the edges of the template align with the benchmarklines.

3. Mark the positions of the holes (four holes for each cabinet) for expansion bolts on the floorby using the template.

4. After all the hole positions are marked, ensure that the distance between the holes isaccurate.

5. Go to Step 6.Step 5 If the marking template cannot be used on site, use the tape measure to determine the positions

of the holes for the expansion bolt assemblies.1. As shown in Figure 5-4 or Figure 5-5, use measuring and marking instruments to measure

and mark two straight lines with 687 mm wide spacing, and ensure that the lines are parallelwith the front of the cabinet.

2. As shown in Figure 5-4 or Figure 5-5, determine the position of hole for the first expansion

bolt assembly on each of the straight lines. Taking the hole as the benchmark point, markthe installation holes for other expansion bolt assemblies in succession.


Step 6 Drill the holes.

CAUTIONl The concrete floor should not be penetrated. Therefore, you should confirm the thickness of

the concrete floor before drilling holes. For some types of concrete floors on which the drillingis not suitable, you should consult the architectural engineers and get their permission beforedrilling holes.

l Before drilling holes, you should take dustproof measures on the electronic equipment in theequipment room. You should use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust during the drilling.Before removing the dustproof cover from the electronic equipment, you should clean up thepieces of concrete that have accumulated during the drilling.

l You must wear safety goggles during the drilling to protect your eyes from the dust.l While drilling holes, you must hold the drill stock firmly. You must keep the drill bit vertical

to the floor to protect the floor from being damaged or the holes from being slanted.

1. Dig a pit by using a chisel to help hold the drill bit to the floor, as shown in Figure 5-6.

2. Use a percussion drill to drill holes at the marked places on the concrete floor. The depth

of each hole must range from 52 mm to 60 mm. All the holes must have the same depth.Select a 16 drill bit in appropriate length. See Figure 5-7.

3. Ensure that the depth of each hole ranges from 52 mm to 60 mm and that the holes are not

slanting. If the depth of the hole is not appropriate or if the hole is slanting, re-drill the hole.If the slanting hole cannot be corrected, stop using the hole.

4. Remove the dust inside and outside the holes by using a vacuum cleaner.Step 7 Install the expansion bolt assemblies.

1. Measure the distance between the holes. If the distance does not meet the specifications,

reposition and drill new holes.2. Insert the guiding rib on the nut into the guiding slot on the expansion tube, and then screw

the bolt slightly to ensure that the guiding rib does not move out from the guiding slot. Seepart 1 of Figure 5-9.

3. Insert the expansion tube and the nut into the hole vertically, and then use a rubber hammerto strike the expansion tube until it is completely buried in the hole, as shown in part 2 ofFigure 5-9.

4. Pre-tighten the expansion bolt clockwise so that the nut and the expansion tube do not get

loose easily. See part 1 of Figure 5-10.5. Unscrew the expansion bolt counterclockwise and then remove the spring washer and flat

washer. Keep them for future use. See part 2 of Figure 5-10.

5.4 Securing the N68E-22 Cabinet on the Concrete FloorThis section describes how to secure the N68E-22 cabinet on the concrete floor.

Prerequisitel The components required for the installation are available. The required component is the

N68E-22 cabinet.l The materials required for the installation are available. The required materials are the

insulating pads, flat washers 12, spring washers 12, adjusting pads (optional), and M12x60expansion bolt assemblies.

l The tools required for the installation are available. The required tools are the forklift, levelbar, torque wrench, socket wrench, and Phillips screwdriver.

Context

CAUTIONThe gravity center of the cabinet is high. Therefore, do not lift or push the cabinet alone. Movinga cabinet requires at least two persons and a forklift, so as to ensure personnel safety andequipment safety.

ProcedureStep 1 Remove the wooden protection boards from the front and back of the cabinet.Step 2 Remove the four wooden protection boards from both the left and right parts of the rack. Pull

down the hook pin at the upper part of both the front and back doors of the cabinet, and thenremove both doors. Store the doors for future use. See Figure 5-11.

NOTE

When storing the doors, you should ensure that they are unlocked. Therefore, the lock rod at the lower partof each door does not protrude, thus preventing the lock rod from deformation. See Figure 5-12.

Step 3 Remove the reinforced plate from the cabinet front and two short supporting beams from the

left and right. See Figure 5-13.

Step 4 Unscrew the two M6x12 screws from the air filter, as shown in part 1 of Figure 5-14. Remove

the air filter, as shown in part 2 of Figure 5-14.

Step 5 Place the cabinet in the specified position. Align the installation holes in the cabinet with the

holes on the floor.Step 6 Add the spring washer, flat washer, and insulating tube to each of the four expansion bolts. Then,

insert each expansion bolt into the expansion tube and pretighten the expansion tube and the nut.See Figure 5-15.

Step 7 Below the cabinet, push two insulating spacers from both the front and back sides. Ensure thatthe notch faces the inner side and is wedged in the expansion bolt. Align the installation holesof each insulating spacer with the corresponding expansion bolt holes. See Figure 5-15.

Step 8 Level the cabinet. Use a level bar to check the levelness of the cabinet. If the cabinet is not level,

use a socket wrench to adjust the anchor bolt (adjustable range: 0-10 mm) of the cabinet andensure that the cabinet is level. See Figure 5-16.

Step 9 Use the torque wrench to secure the four fixing bolts and tighten them to 45 Nm.

5.5 Testing the Insulation of the N68E-22 CabinetThis section describes how to test the insulation of the N68E-22 cabinet and how to insulate itfrom the ground.

PrerequisiteThe tool required for the insulation test is available. The required tool is the multimeter.

ProcedureStep 1 Set the multimeter to the megohm scale.Step 2 Measure the resistance between the M12x60 expansion bolt and the cabinet.

If... Then...

The resistance is greater than or equal to fivemegohms,

The resistance is smaller than five megohms, The cabinet is not insulated from the ground.Go to Step 3.

The combiningof N68E-22 cabinets can be classified into the following: combining of two N68E-22 cabinetsand combining of N68E-22 and N68-22 cabinets.

PrerequisiteThe tools required for the installation are available. The required tools are the wrench andclimbing ladder.

ContextIf two N68E-22 cabinets are to be combined, the connecting pieces are already installed on topof the cabinets and are delivered with the cabinets. If N68E-22 and N68-22 cabinets are to becombined, special connecting pieces for combining cabinets are required. Figure 5-19 showsthe special connecting pieces for combining cabinets.

Procedurel Combining Two N68E-22 Cabinets

1. Remove the connecting pieces from the column inside the N68E-22 cabinet, rotateeach of them by 180 degrees, and then reinstall them, as shown in Figure 5-20.

2. Use M8x30 bolts to connect the connecting pieces of the adjacent cabinets together.

check whether the horizontal and vertical deviations of the row of cabinets meet thespecifications, as shown in Figure 5-22. If the cabinet is not level, use a socket wrenchto adjust the leveling foot.

Marking TemplateThe marking template is delivered with the cabinet. The marking template for installing theN68E-22 cabinet on the concrete floor is different from the marking template for installing theN68E-22 cabinet on the ESD floor. See Figure 6-2 and Figure 6-3.

6.3 N6X Series Support AssemblyThe N6X series support assembly consists of N6X series support, guide rail, and front pallet.To support and secure the cabinet, you need to use bolts to fix the guide rail, support, and cabinettogether and use the front pallet to support the ESD floor before and after the cabinet.

N6X Series SupportThe support is used to raise the cabinets so that the installation personnel can easily lay the floorand route the cables in the equipment room. Figure 6-4 shows the N6X series support.

The length of the N6X series support can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the expansionlever.There are two types of N6X series support: height-adjustable and height-fixed. For details, seeTable 6-2.

6.4 Positioning the N68E-22 Cabinet on the ESD FloorPositioning the N68E-22 cabinet on the ESD floor involves the following steps: determiningcabinet positions, marking the positions, drilling holes, and installing expansion bolt assemblies.

Prerequisitel The components required for the positioning are available. The required components are

the M12x60 expansion bolt assemblies.l The materials required for the positioning are available. The required materials are the

marking template and Equipment Room Floor Plan.l The tools required for the positioning are available. The required tools are the tape measure,

panel lifter, electric saw, marking pen, percussion drill with 16 drill bit, vacuum cleaner,safety goggles, dustproof cover for electronic equipment, and rubber hammer.

ProcedureStep 1 Ensure that the Equipment Room Floor Plan is in accordance with the requirements for installing

the N68E-22 cabinet by referring to 6.2 Template Files for Installing the N68E-22 Cabinet.Step 2 Use a tape measure to determine the cabinet positions based on the dimensions specified in the

Equipment Room Floor Plan.Step 3 Use the panel lifter to remove the ESD floor in the installation area.Step 4 Remove the supporting pieces of the ESD floor.Step 5 Clean the installation area.Step 6 Choose a method of determining the positions of the holes for the expansion bolt assemblies on

the concrete floor.You can use the marking template or tape measure to determine the positions of the holes forthe expansion bolt assemblies on the concrete floor. The marking template is made of paper andis prone to deformation. Before using the marking template, check whether it is deformed basedon the dimensions of marking template specified in 6.2 Template Files for Installing theN68E-22 Cabinet.

Step 7 Use the marking plate to determine the positions of the holes for the expansion bolt assemblies.1. As shown in Figure 6-7 or Figure 6-8, use measuring and marking instruments to measure

and mark the start points for the front of a row of cabinets. From each start point, mark thebenchmark lines in the cabinet arrangement direction.

2. Place the marking template on the floor. Ensure that the semicircle notch of the templateindicates the front of the cabinet and the edges of the template align with the benchmarklines.

3. Mark the positions of the holes (four holes for each cabinet) for expansion bolts on the floorby using the template.


5. Go to Step 9.Step 8 Use the tape measure to determine the positions of the holes for the expansion bolt assemblies.

1. As shown in Figure 6-7 or Figure 6-8, use measuring and marking instruments to measureand mark two straight lines with 704 mm wide spacing, and ensure that the lines are parallelwith the front of the cabinet.

2. As shown in Figure 6-7 or Figure 6-8, determine the position of hole for the first expansion

bolt assembly on each of the straight lines. Taking the hole as the benchmark point, markthe installation holes for other expansion bolt assemblies in succession.


Step 9 Drill the holes.

CAUTIONl The concrete floor should not be penetrated. Therefore, you should confirm the thickness of

the concrete floor before drilling holes. For some types of concrete floors on which the drillingis not suitable, you should consult the architectural engineers and get their permission beforedrilling holes.

l Before drilling holes, you should take dustproof measures on the electronic equipment in theequipment room. You should use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust during the drilling.Before removing the dustproof cover from the electronic equipment, you should clean up thepieces of concrete that have accumulated during the drilling.

l You must wear safety goggles during the drilling to protect your eyes from the dust.l While drilling holes, you must hold the drill stock firmly. You must keep the drill bit vertical

to the floor to protect the floor from being damaged or the holes from being slanted.

1. Dig a pit by using a chisel to help hold the drill bit to the floor, as shown in Figure 6-9.

2. Use a percussion drill to drill holes at the marked places on the concrete floor. The depth

of each hole must range from 52 mm to 60 mm. All the holes must have the same depth.Select a 16 drill bit. See Figure 6-10.

3. Ensure that the depth of each hole ranges from 52 mm to 60 mm and that the holes are not

slanting. If the depth of the hole is not appropriate or if the hole is slanting, re-drill the hole.If the slanting hole cannot be corrected, stop using the hole.

4. Remove the dust inside and outside the holes by using a vacuum cleaner.Step 10 Install the expansion bolt assemblies.

Figure 6-11 shows an expansion bolt assembly.

1. Measure the distance between the holes. If the position of a hole is not correct, re-position

and drill a new hole.2. Insert the guiding rib on the nut into the guiding slot on the expansion tube, and then screw

the bolt slightly to ensure that the guiding rib does not move out from the guiding slot. Seepart 1 of Figure 6-12.

3. Insert the expansion tube and the nut into the hole vertically, and then use a rubber hammerto strike the expansion tube until it is completely buried in the hole, as shown in part 2 ofFigure 6-12.

4. Pre-tighten the expansion bolt clockwise so that the nut and the expansion tube do not get

loose easily. See part 1 of Figure 6-13.5. Unscrew the expansion bolt counterclockwise and then remove the spring washer and flat

washer. Keep them for future use. See part 2 of Figure 6-13.

6.5 Installing the N6X Series Support and the Guide RailsThis section describes how to install the N6X series support and the guide rails.

Prerequisitel The components required for the installation are available. The required components are

guide rails, M12x35 assembling bolt, and M12x60 assembling bolt.l The materials required for the installation are available. The required materials are flat

washer 12, spring washer 12, and large flat washer.l The tools required for the installation are available. The required tools are torque wrench

and ruler.

ProcedureStep 1 Adjust the depth of the support. Move the two half supports so that the tail end of each half

support is flush with the 800 silkscreen on the expansion lever. Then, fasten the six M8x20 screwassemblies on the expansion lever. See Figure 6-14.

Step 2 Adjust the height of the support.

1. Loosen the height locking bolts. Figure 6-14 shows the positions of the height lockingbolts.

2. Adjust the height of the support until it is equal to the measured height of the ESD floor.

CAUTIONl The height of the ESD floor shall be in accordance with the site survey report.l The value read on the height scale of each support must be the same as the measured

height of the ESD floor. Otherwise, the heights of the cabinets in the same row may bedifferent after capacity expansion.

3. Tighten the height locking bolts to 45 Nm by using a torque wrench. Note that the twobolts in the middle should be tightened before the four bolts on the two sides.

Step 3 Install the guide rails. See Figure 6-15.

1. Place the guide rail on the support and align the installation holes for the guide rail with

those for the support.2. Assemble the support and the guide rail by using the M12x35 assembling bolts, spring

washers, and flat washers.3. Adjust the position of the support so that the diagonals of the four-sided shape formed by

the two guide rails have nearly the same length, with a deviation of not more than 2 mm.4. Use a wrench to tighten the assembling bolts diagonally.

Step 4 Level and secure the support.1. Align the installation holes for the support with those for the expansion bolt assemblies in

the ground, and then place the support assembled with the guide rail on the floor.2. Install the spring washers and flat washers on the M12x60 bolts. Through the installation

holes for the support, vertically insert the bolts into the holes for the expansion boltassemblies. See Figure 6-16.

3. Place the level bar on the support to check whether the support is level. If it is not level,

add adjusting pads under the support.4. Tighten the four bolts to 45 Nm one diagonal pair after another.

Step 5 Connect the supports if the N68E-22 cabinets are to be combined.To ensure that you can combine cabinets smoothly, use the insulating spacers to help locateadjacent two supports. Figure 6-17 shows an insulating spacer.

1. Place the insulating spacer on the guide rails of the adjacent two supports. Align the half-

circle gaps of the insulating spacer with the installation holes for the two guide rails, andthen insert the M12x35 assembling bolts into the holes. See Figure 6-18. Use the insulatingspacers to connect all the supports.

2. Use the level bar to check the levelness of the supports. If the supports are not level, use

the adjusting pads to level them. See Figure 6-18.3. Use the wrench to tighten the height locking bolts to secure the supports.4. Remove the M12x35 assembling bolts and the insulating spacers. Keep them for future use.

6.6 Securing the N68E-22 Cabinet on the ESD FloorUpon delivery, the N68E-22 cabinet is equipped with the front and back doors. Therefore, youshould remove the doors first and then secure the cabinet on the N6X series support.

Prerequisitel The components required for the installation are available. The required components are

cabinet and M12x35 bolts.l The materials required for the installation are available. The required materials are

insulating spacer, flat washer 12, and spring washer 12.l The tools required for the installation are available. The required tools are level bar, torque

wrench, socket wrench, and Phillips screwdriver.

Context

CAUTIONThe gravity center of the cabinet is high. Therefore, do not lift or push the cabinet alone. Movinga cabinet requires at least two persons and a forklift, so as to ensure personnel safety andequipment safety.

ProcedureStep 1 Remove the wooden protection boards from the front and back of the cabinet.Step 2 Remove the four wooden protection boards from both the left and right parts of the rack. Pull

down the hook pin at the upper part of both the front and back doors of the cabinet, and thenremove both doors. Store the doors for future use. See Figure 6-19.

NOTE

When storing the doors, you should ensure that they are unlocked. Therefore, the lock rod at the lower partof each door does not protrude, thus preventing the lock rod from deformation. See Figure 6-20.

Step 3 Remove the two short supporting beams on the left and right of the cabinet front. Figure 6-21

shows how to remove the short supporting beam.

Step 4 Unscrew the two M6x12 screws from the air filter, as shown in part 1 of Figure 6-22. Then,

remove the air filter and store it properly for future use, as shown in part 2 of Figure 6-22.

Step 5 Determine the position of the cabinet front. Then, lift the cabinet onto the guide rail. Align the

installation holes at the bottom of the cabinet with the four holes on the guide rail.

Step 6 Add the spring washer, flat washer, and insulating tube to each of the four expansion bolts. Then,insert each expansion bolt into the expansion tube and pretighten the expansion tube and the nut.See Figure 6-23.

Step 7 Below the cabinet, push two insulating spacers from both the front and back sides. Ensure thatthe notch faces the inner side and is wedged in the expansion bolt. Align the installation holesof each insulating spacer with the corresponding expansion bolt holes. See Figure 6-23.
