1. Base Location: Every auto rickshaw starts from & ends at where its driver lives. On the basis of such base location, zone-wise distribution may be possible, subject to availability and vacancy.

2. Photographs: Photos are provided at the beginning of the order execution and then at the end of each month.

3. Vehicle information: At the beginning of your campaign, we provide you the vehicle registration numbers, names of drivers, their mobile numbers, and their base locations

4. Verification: Physical verification of vehicles can be arranged at auto location. You are welcome to call any driver at any time by dialling his no. which will be provided to you.

5. Legal: All our auto rickshaws are legally covered for the display of advertisements and/or all associated risks are to our account.

6. Damage: In case of any damage to the advertisement, replacement or repair is done usually within 48 hours.
