Stage 4 – Personal details•Enter the personal details•User must agree to the terms and conditions.•Terms and Conditions are defined specifically for the club.

Stage 5 – Credit card details

•Enter the credit card details•Credit cards processed using:

•Paypal, Worldpay Note: The club must have their own merchant account.•Encrypted email Note: the encrypted email is treated like an hotel booking where the details are held as a confirmation of the booking. If the golfer does not turn up the club can process the card as per the ‘Terms and Conditions’. Some clubs will process the card at the time of booking. No additional charges with the mechanism.

Stage 6 - Confirmation

•The golfer is emailed a confirmation of their booking.•The terms and conditions are also emailed to the golfer.•The booking ref number uniquely identifies the booking.•Visitors can cancel online.
