STORE HOURS Open 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Open 7:00 AM to 12:00 noon Saturday. We are

closed on Sundays. We also have a 24 hour

answering service for your convenience.

IDENTIFICATION Two pieces of ID are required on all rentals, such as

a valid driver’s license and a major credit card.

CREDIT

Charge accounts are available upon approval from

our credit department. We accept VISA,

MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Personal checks are also accepted with proper ID.

TERMS Our standard payment terms are Net 30 Days on all

open invoices.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly

finance charge after 30 days.

DELIVERY / PICKUP Delivery and pickup is available upon request.

Delivery charges are not included in the rental rates.

Please call for charges.

RENTAL PERIODS Your rental starts when you pick up the rented

equipment, and ends when the equipment is returned

to us. You are responsible for all time our

equipment is in your possession, including

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS To avoid being charged sales tax, please furnish us

with your tax exemption number and/or Direct Pay

Permit number. Otherwise, sales tax will be charged

on all sales and rental transactions.

MINIMUM RATES The “minimum” rental period is the shortest time

that any item can be rented. Depending on the type

of equipment, minimum periods can range from 3 or

4 hours to 1 day. There is a minimum charge of 1

month for box storage containers and certain types

of office and storage trailers.

RATES 1 day = twenty-four (24) hours

1 week = seven (7) consecutive days

1 month = one (1) calendar month (28 - 31 days)

DAMAGE WAIVER We do not charge a damage waiver.

INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY Once the rented equipment leaves our yard, you are

completely responsible for it until you return it to

our yard, and have a return contract copy. Our

insurance does not cover our equipment while it is in

your possession. An insurance certificate may be

required to rent certain pieces of equipment. Contact

your agent for coverage. The back of our rental

contract will explain this in more detail.

AVAILABILITY Not all equipment available at all locations - check

for availability.

CLEANING CHARGES We make every effort to see that all rental equipment

is clean when you pick it up. A cleaning charge will

be applied if the equipment is returned dirty.

METERED EQUIPMENT

Many of our larger items are equipped with hour

meters, and have rates based on eight (8) hours use

during a twenty-four (24) hour period. Additional

charges will be applied if the hour meter exceeds

eight (8) hours per day, forty (40) hours per week, or

one hundred sixty (160) hours per month. Double or

triple shift equipment operation will be charged

accordingly.

RESERVATIONS We’ll be glad to reserve equipment for you - it’s as

easy as a phone call. You can also find us on the

Internet at:

and drop us an e-mail.

WEEKEND SPECIALS If you rent any item after 4:00 PM on Friday, or at

any time on Saturday, then return it by 9:00 AM on

Monday, a one (1) day charge applies. If you rent

any item before 4:00 PM on Friday, then return it by

9:00 AM on Monday, a two (2) day charge applies.

Any metered equipment shall not exceed the allotted

time of 10 operating hours.

TIRES

The customer will be responsible for all tire damages

and flats. If you call us for on-site or shop repair of

tires, you will be charged our standard shop labor

rate.

FUEL All equipment will have a full tank of the applicable

fuel (gasoline, diesel, kerosene or propane) when

you pick it up, or it is delivered to you. You will be

charged for fuel based on (1) one day’s usage at the

time of rental. Should you keep the equipment

longer, you are responsible for fueling the

equipment. Equipment need not be returned full of

fuel.

We fill all sizes of propane tanks, from 20 lb. gas grill tanks, to RV

and camping trailer tanks, to 100 lb. home heating/cooking use tanks.

Plus, we have plenty of parking space for your RV or camping trailer.

Whenever you need a propane tank refill, come see us first!

We also sell new tanks, in various sizes, all with OPD valves.

TEMPORARY FENCE AND BARRIERS

Temporary fencing and barriers can be used in almost

any commercial, industrial or residential setting that

needs additional security.

Temporary fencing is a quick and economical solution

to add safety and security to your construction site

materials and equipment. We have three choices of

fence available. We offer panels from 4’ high to 12’

high, by 10’ long.

We also offer crowd control barriers to be used in

special events, ticketed events, and traffic control. Our

barriers are 8’ long and are free-standing.

Our fence is constructed of durable materials, enhanced

by chain link fencing. The frames are powder-coated

in yellow, to increase their visibility. They are free-

standing, or can be secured to pavement. Our fence is a

safer and sturdier alternative to the use of plastic

fencing on job sites.

Delivery and pickup, installation and dismantling of

temporary fencing and barriers, is provided upon
