THE SHORTEST SETUP TIMEPLUG IT IN AND GET WORK DONE!With OVI, the setup time is decreased from a few days, sometimes weeks, to a few minutes. Once placed at a station, OVI can go into production immediately, due to the technical solutions developed by OVISO Robotics:

MAGIC CONNECTOR – an OVISO Robotics patent – immediately delivers all the resources needed for OVI operation: power supply, air, Internet, 36 GPIO and 24VDC 5Ah supporting even the most powerfull tools.

POINT ZERO CALIBRATION – determines the position of the robot in respect with the station, and shifts the waypoints automatically by a press of a button, with a ±0.1 mm precision. The high accuracy is a result of not using external sensors but the existing encoders on the robotic arm.

OVISO SOFTWARE contains an UR Cap software that modifies the URP software containing the trajectories. It is theonly available approach that shifts the waypoints in the program and gets the installation data automatically from the station.
