The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is the country’s largest vintage racing event with a10-day festival comprised of a dozen unique events that draw 250,000 visitors. In addition to helping those less fortunate your sponsorship has many unique marketing and public relations advantages.

• The Race Weekend at Schenley Park attracts 200,000 spectators for the International Car Show and vintage races through the streets of Schenley Park. Our unique venue provides opportunities to promote, sell and entertain employees, and customers. The golf course is an ideal venue to erect tents or displays.

• 12 distinct Race Week events present a wide variety of sponsorship options including naming rights, event tickets and logo placement. Custom packages can be created.

• Raise your organization’s awareness through our wide array of promotional amenities: billboards, web presence, merchandise, on-site promotion, PA announcements, banners, signage and race program advertising.

• Since 1983, the PVGP, a 501 (c) (3) charity, has raised nearly $6 million to provide residential care, treatment and support for individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Pittsburgh region.

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is our nation’s largest and longest running vintage race event and the only one run on city streets. Now in its 38th year, the PVGP is firmly

established as one of the world’s premier festivals and a destination for national brands, car club conventions and an ideal venue for client entertainment and sponsor activation.

We can help put you in front of 200,000 spectators during our Race Weekend at Schenley

Park. We blend a 2,500-vehicle car show in a true park setting where spectators stay all day to watch vintage sportscar races through the streets and browse the sponsor tents.

Our audience at Schenley Park averages 200,000 each year with 40% from Pittsburgh and

86% from Pennsylvania. More than a third of attendees earn more than $100,000 per year.

Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix to Provide:

- Location for your tent or display materials within the International Car Show at Schenley Park during the July 25/26 race weekend. 100,000 visitors are expected each day to browse the tents and car shows and watch the races. You are responsible for providing your own tent or display with a maximum footprint of 225 square feet or 15’ wide x 15’ deep. Maximum of two vehicles for display. PVGP can provide a 15’ x 15’ High-Top tent, 4 tables and 4 chairs at an additional cost of $500. Electricity is not available but a generator can be rented and gas provided for $400. Set-up is Friday afternoon, July 24 and weekend hours are 10:00 am thru 5:00 pm. $2,250 value

- Quarter page color ad in 7,500 Race Programs. Programs are given to sponsors and sold to spectators. They are an excellent year-round advertising tool and promote your organization. You can upgrade to a half page for an additional $400. $600 value

- Placement of 2 sponsor-supplied banners at Schenley Park. Maximum size is 3’ x 8’. Sponsor is responsible for producing banners as well as hanging and removing banners. $500 value

- 2 VIP Parking passes. Each good for one day of parking on Flagstaff Hill. $40 value

- 1 PVGP poster, race program and pin. $20 value

- Your linked logo on PVGP website sponsor page at Bronze level. $1,500 value

Sponsor to provide:

- Donation of $3,750 payable to the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association. The PVGP can supply a 15’ x 15’ hi-peak tent with 4 banquet tables and 6 chairs for an additional $500.
