• Ford is planning to use reservations on all Bronco products to capture early demand

and support order & build prioritization - Launching July 13th, 2020.

• Reservation experience is focused on simplicity, requiring the customer to only select

series and door type for Bronco and series only for Bronco Sport.

• FordPay technology allows the $100 customer deposit to be credited directly to the

dealership.

• Bronco Sport order conversions will begin on July 14th and Bronco at a later date.

• Dealer must have an active FordPay Sales Merchant Identification (MID) to receive

Bronco Reservations.

• For Bronco & Bronco Sport, order conversions will require customer/dealer

engagement to complete build, agree on financing, and submit official order.

• Reservation time stamps will be prioritized ahead of any manually entered retail

orders.

• Dealers use Ford.com reservation system for customers who come into their

showrooms wanting to place a reservation.

• Dealers will be provided a dealer-specific URL that can be sent to customers that pre-

selects their dealership when the customer enters the Ford.com reservation portal.

• Reservations are limited to two per email address.

• The Company will monitor to ensure that Dealer deliveries are made to the customer

who placed the reservation. The Company reserves the right to take action against

Dealers who fail to achieve a minimum sales match level.

Description

WARNING: by clicking Process Offline, the dealer is accepting wholesale for that unit.

1. Click on VIEW DETAILS to see the customer’s chosen specifications, contact information and Ford Credit Pre-Approval (Coming Soon).

2. Click Process Offline to send order to WBDO as an orderable configuration. 3. Check WBDO Orders to see configuration. Any changes at this point must be

made in WBDO.

• By clicking PROCESS OFFLINE, the dealer is agreeing to one incremental allocation for the given unit.

• Just like for a normal retail order, allocation cannot be reversed if the customer backs out of the deal.

• The customer’s reservation time stamp will stay attached to the order. The time stamp will determine build priority.

• Note for any Bronco Reservation the Process offline function will be inactive until Order Bank Open.
