How will you identify yourself to my clients? We will identify ourselves by our name stating

that we are with your office What if my client has questions regarding

their rates? Your client will be referred back to your office

What about confidentiality? We understand the importance of confidentiality,

just like an employee in your office we will protect and respect all confidential information. In addition, confidentiality is included in our contracts.

FAQ CONTINUED Which carriers have you quoted?

We’ve quoted all major insurance carriers including, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Kaiser, Humana, United HealthCare, Aetna, MetLife, SunLife, VSP, Unum, and others

Are you a licensed agent? No, we are not licensed which is why we only provide

support services. We can assist brokers in servicing their accounts but are not able to discuss or negotiate rates on your behalf. All quotes once received will be forwarded to your office

Will you be using online access to complete most tasks? If your client has signed up for online access, we will

complete as many tasks as possible online. We will then follow-up to ensure that the request has been completed.
