MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD is part of a group founded in 1973 which specialises in the production and commer-cialisation of frozen shellfish & crustaceans. Thanks to its outstanding service and quality, the group has establishe-ditself as a leader in the supply of frozen seafood products throughout the Mediterranean with a strong portfolio of

clients in Spain and Italy, and further afield, Japan.

MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD is extending its reach by opening a regional office in the Middle East, headquartered in Dubai. Regional suppliers can now exclusively locally source a wide selection of Mediterranean seafood products which are frozen on board. This technic ensures the freshness of the products and retains the aroma and exquisite tastes of the Mediterranean sea. All our products are HACCP certified one of the major accreditation labels of food.

Our business is based on unrelenting customer focus, extreme attention to detail and close supplier-vendorrelationships to allow our customers to maximize their sales and profitability. It is our mission to market the best

items available from the world's most responsible and traceable sources. Our procurement team travels the globeto secure partnerships and source products that customers value and appreciate. Whether we are importing farmingshrimps or a high end shellfish item, all Mediterranean Sea Food products represent the highest quality available in

their respective categories. Ultimately we want to attract new consumers to the "seafood table" by elevating theoverall quality of their purchasing experience. The development of a “wild shrimp” industry has set up scrupulous

involved careful implementation of quality procedures that European health standards fishing products andguarantee a reliable traceability system.

The short duration of trawls means that we can obtain very high organoleptic and bacteriological quality of ourshrimps. All sorting and sizing operations are performed manually rather than mechanically to ensure the shrimps

quality. Our leading edge freezing equipment means that the shrimps can be deep frozen rapidly on board to ensureoptimal flavor and inimitable crunchy texture.

The Red Prawns is a decapods crustacean that lives close to the bottom. We o�er sizes of up to six pieces per Kilo. These Prawns have been �ash frozen on board, in order to preserve all their �avor and sweet meat. they peel easily and the heads are packed with �avor.

Our Octopus is known for its sweet and tender texture. It is �shed in the shallow sea of South Tunisia, normally between the autumn and the spring  using the ancestral techniques of the Gargoulette.
