• You can directly go to Martin’s from Korea if you pass the phone interview. The interview is conducted every Tuesday, 2-3pm (Korean Time). A teacher will give the test and you will get the results the same day. Applicants with TOEFL and TOEIC still need to undergo and interview and they have to submit their application in our HELP branches in Busan or Seoul.• Students from Longlong and Clark who want to go to Martin’s need to take the qualifying test on the 3rd week of the program. Level 6-9 students from Clark don’t need to take the test. • Students pay the test cost for the mock test for IELTS and the Cambridge Test. The TOEFL mock test is free.

Out spoken curriculum.Through a process of repetition of outspo-ken curriculum of MC and MLC, students will be trained to read and listen to ap-propriate materials from mass media. Students will improve their speaking and reading English as they also tackle the challenges of vocabulary memori- zation and application, along with useful patterns to test taking.

The Help Institute has a wide range of choices in all programs.From the screening process to test profes-sional courses, you can go all the way up to the Baguio area or in the Clark area.

| Required Materials |

| Program payment |(1) An initial 12-week program tuition fee and other expenses should be paid 3 weeks before the program starts. (2) Program Period: By policy, a 12-week-long program is given for initial registra-tion and you can extend a program for another 4-week basis.

| Entrance fee refund |(1) A refund of the enrollment shall not be given under any circumstances. In case of postponement of the program after enrollment, a period of 1 year is given for the student to validate his registration.

| Extension of Program |(1) After the initial registration, you can extend a program for another 4 weeks, but you need to apply for it 4 weeks before a program starts (You have to talk to the manager)(2) You can only be allowed to extend when there are available slots in the dormitory.(3) You need to pay for the extended program 3 weeks before the new program starts. (4) In case you want to extend your programs, you need to register through your original agent.(5) In case of over 8 weeks extension, refund policy (2) is applied.

| Refund for other expenses |(1) Visa, SSP: Refund is applicable before you apply for visa and SSP.(2) Pick-up: Refund is applicable if you did not take the service/ride.

(3) In case you were overcharged for your tuition, you will reimbursed (4) In case of expulsion, refunds will be in accordance with the company’s regulation.(5) By policy, HELP offers 12 weeks for each program, in case of being less than 12 weeks a refund is not valid.(6) In any case, you have already started the program a refund will not be issued.
