Our innovative solutions have been appreciated by leading international automobile manufacturers for over

110 years. Back then, the effective application of electrical motors to drive machines was sufcient to meet

customer demands in accelerating the construction of cast models, school models, shapes and chill moulds.

Thanks to ground-breaking technologies and ideas, our group has become one of the leading mould and model

builders in Europe. Customers in the automotive and av iation industry benet from our expertise t o further rene

their products.

Today our customers benet from the use of state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and measuring technologies in the pro-

duction of functional cubes and environmental cubes, design models, data control models, checking xtures,galvano models and prototype parts. We offer an extensive range of system solutions: from the planning and

design/construction engineering right through to the nished product at our facilities in Osnabrück, Ingolstadt

and Mühlhausen.

Our common goal is to optimise the value creation chain by minimising development costs and reducing devel-

The future of the automobile starts in our design studio. Here, pioneering visions take concrete shape in the

form of hand scribbles, renderings, two and three-dimensional CAD representations, proportional models and

presentation models.

In this way, designers‘ ideas are clearly conveyed and can be technologically evaluated at a very early stage of

the development chain. And since design is about more than just shape, our design studio can reproduce the

ergonomics, haptics, sound, heritage, material and colour of the desired product.

Contemporary design engineering requires a continuous exchange of information. Thanks to state-of-the-art

data transmission systems, the information provided by our customers ows swiftly and securely within our

departments. The latest software systems such as CATIA and Tebis are used in development and design

engineering.

We support our customers from the idea through to the nished product and incorporate their wishes and

ideas in the process at every stage.

We use several 5-axis portal-type milling machines for the precise processing of component assemblies,

moulds and checking xtures. We also offer high-speed machining facilities. Our extensive range is rounded

off with our 3-axis CNC machines and mechanical production facilities. CNC programming is handled using the

software Work NC and Tebis. All CNC machines run in DNC mode and are networked with each other as well

as with the CAD departments.

Our modern machine set-up allows us to process parts weighing up to a total of 10 tons.

Our modern machines offer impressive diversity and state-of-the-art control. This enables us to machine large

and small pieces to the level of precision specied by construction designers in their data. A special software

monitors every stage of the process, even registering the most minute deviations from the design scheme.

This puts the level of precision of the nished products in a whole new dimension.

We take craftsmanship in model construction very seriously. Our staff have the necessary expertise to handle all

stages of the production process. This starts with vacuum lamination and includes welding, nishing and nal

paintwork application.

Since we handle all production processes under one roof, we are able to eliminate frictional losses virtually

entirely. We also give our customers the opportunity to feed their own requests into production at any stage.

With our data control models we make our customers‘ success visible and measurable. This is not least due

precisely the test gauge required to test each part - down to the last detail. Day by day we take on the fresh

challenge of seeking out perfect solutions.

manufacture, inspection and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).

For our customers we produce extensive lighting systems for front, rear and other lighting units for every type

of vehicle - from design models to cubes, data control models and presentation models.

Thanks to our broad repertoire of production techniques we are able to use rapid prototyping, casting or milling

techniques to produce unique specimens tailored individually to our customers‘ needs. Surfaces and colouring

are chrome vapour deposited or matt-nished, according to specications. If required we produce all lights

for fully functioning operation and t them with the respective control units and remote controls. All productsare available as tabletop models or can be installed in the various vehicles.
