Situation Moors Meadow is situated in the conservation area of Church Oakley, which lies about half a mile from the centre of the village of Oakley.   

There are a number of easily accessible independent schools in the area, including Cheam, Farleigh, Horris Hill, St Swithuns and Winchester College.

Within Oakley is a good selection of shops and other amenities, including doctors and dentists surgeries, as well as churches and a well‐regarded primary school. More extensive facilities can be found in nearby Basingstoke, with the retail and leisure complex Festival Place at its heart.

After leaving Newfound and at the crossroads, turn left into Station Road signposted to St Leonard Church and Village Hall. Continue along this road towards the end, where Moors Meadow can be found immediately before the T‐junction on the right hand side.
