THE LEGAL PROCESS IS QUICK AND EASY

Legally Speaking

The couple must submit a formal application for marriage and

declaration of personal data, along with a notarized afÞ davit with proof

of no prior marriage. Those not marrying for the Þ rst time must provide

proof of divorce. Widows or widowers must present the death certiÞ cate

of the deceased spouse. Photo IDs must be presented and a notarized

copy of each document left behind in the country. The entire process

takes 2 to 3 working days. Expect to receive a legal marriage certiÞ cate

back home in 6-8 weeks.

The Ceremony

Unless the couple marries at home and visits

us just for the honeymoon, there are numerous

venues and presiding ofÞ cials to choose from.

limited only by your imagination.
