The Academy for Chief Executives is a leading provider of Experiential Business Learning. It inspires its members to learn from each other, to creatively solve both business and personal issues and to ultimately become great business leaders.

We have found that companies throughout the world face the same issues and opportunities every day. By sharing these common issues, our members are able to provide each other fresh perspectives and offer new insights into the way they work. There are no hidden agendas. Fellow members have no vested interest in each other’s businesses, but all share the wish to help each other succeed.

What is the Academy?

You will join a small group of up to 20 non-competing Chief Executives or Managing Directors who meet one day every month in a confidential, problem solving environment to gain fresh perspectives and to look at things through new eyes. The group is facilitated by a highly experienced business coach, the Group Chairman, whose main purpose is to bring incredible value to you and your fellow members.

In addition to the monthly group meeting, you will receive one-to-one coaching and mentoring every month from your Chairman.

At many meetings, professional speakers are invited, by you and your peers, to present their advice and expertise, inspiring you to develop breakthrough ideas for yourself and your business.

A two day annual retreat, where members explore and refine personal, business and community goals, provides an opportunity for you to spend quality, facilitated time on yourself.
