Rays Power Expert(Pvt.) Limited to name a few and also supplied to various

State Bodies/Utilities such as NHAI, PWD, RHB, RSRDCL, KMDA, RRVPNL,

JdVVNL, AVVNL etc. Vardhman has implemented ISO 9001-2008 system to

ensure quality at each stage be it incoming, in-process, outgoing or final stage

inspections. With the help of our vendor partners and ample in-house

manufacturing facility, Vardhman is able to produce and supply its quality

products to its customers on time.

manufacturing equipments and testing facility. Its testing Laboratory is fully

equipped with necessary instruments to carry out Routine Tests as per

required relevant standards. Vardhaman has the facility to design,

manufacture and test 10MVA 33KV Class Transformers and has an annual

capacity of 1000MVA. With the combination of constant innovation and R&D,

DRY TYPE TRANSFORMERS

now widely used in Indian market as well. Vardhman make Cast Resin and Vacuum Pressure

Impregnated Dry Type Transformers are engineered with precision to perform well and

efficiently.

compactness, excellent heat dissipating properties and longer life. Vardhman make Hermetically

sealed transformer is most commonly installed inside Package Sub-Stationsin India.

HERMETICALLY SEALED OIL FILLED TRANSFORMERS

• Sealed type Bolted top with dry air inside.

• No conservator, so expansion of oil takes place through flexible

corrugated walls or compression of dry air.

• Maintenance free as oil has no contact with external air thus no contamination of oil.

• Suitable for installation inside Package sub-stations.

• Compact in size as compared to Normal Tank with PSR Radiators

• Excellent heat dissipation properties through corrugated fin walls.
