Consider yourself lucky if you were graced with the presence of Brittany. She didn’t know how to be dishonest be-cause her heart was too pure and too true to hurt others. She

wasn’t flashy in her actions because her ac-tions were never for her; they were a service to others. She rarely talked about herself because she never wanted to be the center of attention. Instead, she cast a light onto others and made everyone in her presence a star. Brittany had a flare and spark unlike

any other. Whether she was stomping in her red high heels or lounging on the couch at the farm, Brittany made herself present. While at this time, many of us have a heavy heart, we should all remember just how unconditionally loved Brittany made us all feel. So, the next time you make baked goods that turn out just right, think of her. When you see the autumn, leaves turn to auburn shades and feel the crisp air on your cheek, think of her. And when you see the Christmas lights glisten in your loved ones eyes, hug the ones you love so dearly and think of her. A beautiful soul like hers is never forgotten. The best way to honor Brittany is to love harder. Beginnings are usually scary, and end-ing are usually sad, but it’s what’s in the middle that counts. If we all hold on to the memories in the middle, they will hold on to us.

Brittany was preceded in death by her little brother, Zachary Monson in 1996, and her great-grandparents, Clarence and Phyllis Petersen, Harold and Verna Lamb, Lester and Francis DesLauriers, and Kenneth and Emma Monson.

Survivors include her parents, Jerry & Brenda (Lamb) Monson, Chase Monson, Allyson Monson, grandparents, Ronnie and Patti Lamb and LeRoy and Peggy Monson and Brittany’s significant other, Chris Paulson as well as a host of other family members.

Brittany crossed over the bridge on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.
