Inspiration
“To be a successful entrepreneur, you need to be a pathological optimist and believe you can change things. But you've got to know what you need to do, and how to do it.
The Centre can help you find out, and that can have such a powerful effect.”
Dame Anita Roddick, founder of The Body Shop

InspirationI had my idea, because it was successful, inevitably it was copied and because I had patents I was able to go to court and defend my idea and enforce my patent rights…
Overall it's been really an amazing journey and I've learnt a huge amount and the Library and the Business & IP Centre has been a hugely important part of everything that I've done
I recommend the Business & IP Centre as a safe haven for inventors.

“Although I was sceptical if it could help me, I was amazed that, by the end of each session with the I4G advisors, I thought completely differently about my business and how to move forward".
“This programme is certainly giving me a kick in the right places!! Had a really productive meeting yesterday and am totally shaking up my database to finally make it work for me."

Innovating for Growth – Success Stories
"The Innovating for Growth programme has been absolutely invaluable for our business. It is so rare, when running a small company, that you get the chance to pause, step back and take an objective look at your business, warts and all. This programme has allowed us to do just that. As a result of the sessions, I feel we have a renewed sense of focus, purpose and drive, and that can only be beneficial for our business. Thank you."
"Very worth while experience, I feel energized but also emotional which is a powerful combination."
