"You Me Her, Season 3" Letter of Adherence and Variance.

This letter confirms the agreement between the BC Council of Film Unions (the "Union") and You Me Her Productions HI (BC) Inc. (the "Employer) for the production currently titled "You Me Her Season 3" (the "production").

AH terms and conditions, unJess otherwise altered herein, shall be the. terms and conditions applicable to the Union located within the 2015-2018 BCCFU Master Agreement, its Appendices, its Sideletters, and the BCCFU Supplemental Master, hereafter referred to as the "Agreement". Pursuant to Section 1.02 of the Agreement, the Employer agrees to be bound to the terms and conditions 9f t~e Agreeme_nt fQOIJe groductiqn.

The Employer acknowledges that it is aware of the Union's prior obligations set forth in the written notice of prior obligations described in Section 1.03 of the Agreement.

The parties agree to the following variances:

1. Rates and fringes shall be as outlined in the attachments to this letter 2. "New Media" content produced for this production shall be subject to the same working terms

atid conditions as those applicable to the episodes of the production. 3. The production shall be exempt from contributions to the BC Motion Picture Training Society

as outlined In the Letter of Understanding dated August 2, 2015.
