We created this guide to provide details about your device, the 24SEVEN app, and
our CIT processes, which are all critical components of the Brink’s Complete solution.
By leveraging Brink’s Complete, we can help limit employees’ need to identify and
travel to a bank branch for deposits or change orders. With the Brink’s Direct Credit
product within Brink’s Complete, we will also extend direct credit for these deposits,
providing accelerated access to cash funds.

Navigating 24SEVENAccessing 24SEVEN provides access to many of the key components of the Brink’s Complete Solution.
BRINK’S COMPLETE
Download the 24SEVEN Mobile App. Depending on your device, visit the appropriate app store:
Google Play, Apple App, etc. Type in the search bar: Brinks 24SEVEN to download the application for
free. Use the same username and password credentials to access both the 24SEVEN web and mobile
app portal.
Be sure to log into the 24SEVEN web portal first to establish your own custom password, and then
you can apply those credentials to login to the app.
Go to https://customerportal.brinksinc.com or open the 24SEVEN mobile app and sign in with the
Brink’s username and password that you received in your welcome email.
If you forgot your password, and need to reset it, click Need help signing in? You then choose Forgot
Password. The Reset Password screen will show up. Type your email and then click the Reset via Email
button.
After signing in, you will be brought to the homepage in which you are able to access your
provisioned Brink’s Services. You will also be able to view any customer Notifications, Track & Trace
orders and deposits and any open support tickets for your account.

Interacting with Your DeviceSimplicity of design in our hardware means practicality and ease of use for your experience.
BRINK’S COMPLETE
The Brink’s Box is a fairly compact unit, standing at 27 in height, 14 in width and 18 in
depth. Its small footprint allows you to strategically place the unit wherever you prefer
in your location, as long as the device is installed on concrete, and meets the key Brink’s installation
guidelines.
When you are ready to make a deposit
into the device, you will utilize the
barcode / QR code scanner to scan your
deposit bag. This will activate the device
to accept a deposit.
Be sure to hold the barcode on the
deposit bag at least 3 inches from the
barcode reader. Also, be sure to hold the
barcode steady so that the read can occur
successfully.
This LED light bar is a crucial component to the solution. The indicator can show three colors
communicating the following statuses.
• Blue – Your device is successfully working and ready to use
• Green – Your device is currently active and accepting a deposit
• Red – Your device is experiencing an error. Please contact support. Options for doing so
are listed at the end of this document.
The deposit slot allows you to deposit
your funds. Deposits must be created
in 24SEVEN, placed into a 24SEVEN RFID
bag, and then dropped into the device.
Only one bag should ever be dropped
at a time.
The LCD shows graphical indicators to
give additional information based on
the current activities. It displays activity
processing messages, countdowns, and
error codes.

Scanning Barcodes on Your DeviceUse this guide for best practices in scanning bag and badge barcodes on Brink’s Complete devices.

Visual guide on how to scan barcodes on bags and badges:
Scanning Instructions:
• Hold barcode vertically 2-4 inches from barcode scanner
• Move bag or badge gently to activate barcode scanner motion sensor
• The LED indicator will turn on within seconds of activating the barcode scanner motion sensor
• With the LED indicator on, continue to hold the barcode vertically 2-4 inches in front of scanner
• The LED indicator will turn off when the barcode is successfully scanned
Troubleshooting Notes:
• Do not hold the barcode within one inch of the device, or physical touch the scanner; doing so
will trigger a safety feature and cause the barcode scanner to freeze
• If the barcode scanner is unresponsive, you can reset it by turning on the light function on a
smart device, and shining the light into the barcode scanner.

Creating a Deposit - MobileCreating a deposit from the 24SEVEN app is a simple and easy process.
24SEVEN
From your home screen or quick access menu, select Deposits. Then tap Create New Deposits.
After tapping Create New Deposit, select a location and tap Scan Bar Code to scan the code on
your 24SEVEN bag. If you cannot scan, please take special care when manually entering the number.
A correct bar code number is essential, as we will use this number to support the deposit process
into your bank account.
You will be taken to the Deposit Amount page where you’ll enter and confirm your deposit amount
and tap Continue to review. Tap Edit at the top right if you need to edit before submitting your
deposit.
You will recieve the following notification, confirming that your depositwas created.
You should then place the funds in the 24SEVEN bag, and deposit the bag into the Brink’s Box
device.

Creating a Deposit - Web App24SEVEN
Log into 24SEVEN and select ‘My Services’ from the Main Menu, then select Deposit. Select
“Create New Deposit” on the right hand side.
Fill out digital deposit slip identifying the Location via the drop-down menu, Type of Deposit (cash
or check). Currency counts can be inputted by either dollar values or note counts and the system will
automatically calculate the total together. When it comes to the coin count, we only require the total
amount of the mixed coin, no breakdown. NOTE: No more than 300 bills and $5 of loose coin can be
placed into 1 deposit bag. To complete the digital deposit slip, provide the Brinks Complete deposit
bag number, then tap Continue to Review.
Double check all the information, then click Submit Deposit.

Creating a Change Order - Web AppOrdering change within the 24SEVEN app is a simple and easy process. If you have change orders with your Brink’s Complete subscription, follow these steps to create a change order.

From your home screen or quick access menu select Orders. Then tap Create New Order. On the
next screen select a location and an available delivery date. Unavailable dates will appear greyed
out. Once a date has been selected, tap Continue to enter amount.
You will be taken to the Change Order Amount page where you will enter and confirm your order
amount within the assigned thresholds of $5K in value or 70lbs in weight. Tap Continue to review.
Tap Edit at the top right if you need to edit before submitting your deposit.

created will appear after tapping
submit order.
• Available order delivery dates
coincide with your location’s
scheduled content removal
• If this is an order you plan to make
often, we recommend setting it as a
favorite.

Creating a Change Order - Web App24SEVEN
From your home screen select My Services then Order. Tap Create New Order.
Choose the appropriate Location and Preferred Delivery Date at the top of the page.
Please note that the Preferred Delivery Date will only show dates that correspond with your device
content removal day. Brink’s will deliver your change order at the time of content removal. Please
note that orders must be entered by 11 AM local time to be delivered on these content removal
days. Enter and confirm your order amount within the assigned thresholds of $5K in value or 70 lbs in
weight. Tap Continue to review.
Review your order, then click Submit Order. You should then place the funds in the 24SEVEN bag,
and deposit the bag into the Brink’s Box device.

Create a Favorite Order for easy re-ordering24SEVEN
On either the Mobile or Web app, select the order to make a favorite by clicking the arrow on the
order.
Tap the Add to Favorites link and give the order a name.
To place the order from your favorites menu, tap View Favorites and select the order.

Using Dashboards and ReportsThe 24SEVEN platform provides access to dashboards that give you visibility to deposit activity at all your Brink’s Complete locations

Dashboards are available in the web experience. First log in to 24SEVEN from a desktop browser.
Navigate to Reports. From the reports page, navigate to dashboards
You will be taken to a menu of available dashboards. To view device level activity select the Deposit
dashboard. The dashboard displays deposit tranactions history, current and trending content
amounts, and content removal history.

Accessing Customer Support - WebOur goal is to provide a great experience to our customers, even on the rare occasions when everything isn’t going to plan.

Login to 24SEVEN, and navigate to Customer Support. Then select Case Management and choose
“Create Research Case”
Select “Brink’s Complete” from the drop down and then select the appropriate issue type. At the
next screen, fill out the information in the form as completely as possible and Submit
Submitting an issue via Case Management will guide you to provide all required information and will
ensure the quickest response.
Monitor your cases by choosing My Case in the gray menu bar. Tap the toggle button to Show All
Cases or Show My Cases, and select filter options from the drop down menus. Tap on the case
number to open a specific case where you can add comments or ask questions.

If this is your first time visiting the supply site, please click on “Create a new account” and follow the
prompts to create your account.
Log in using your credentials and navigate to the Brink’s Complete / 24SEVEN product category
to find supplies compatible with your solution. Place your order of the desired products and
quantities and checkout. Be sure to order the Brink’s Box 24SEVEN RFID bag, pictured here:
Ordering SuppliesAutomatic bag shipments are part of the Brink’s Complete subscription at no additional cost. You will only need to order additional supplies if you use more bags than are automatically supplied.

This automatic process will benefit your deposit experience by streamlining the process and eliminating the
burden of remembering to order new bags each month. B-Safe customers will automatically receive 200
bags every twelve months.

Our tech enabled bags, seen below, have many elements that help you create a deposit and access
the 24SEVEN app
Bag Capacity: Approximately 250-300 notes and no more than $5.00 of loose coin.
You must create a digital deposit record in 24SEVEN before attempting to deposit the bag in your Brink’s Box . Your device will NOT accept a bag that does not appear on a 24SEVEN deposit.

Restarting and Powering Down Your Device
Shutting your device down properly, while not recommended unless necessary, is important to ensure the device remains operational when
BRINK’S COMPLETE
ONLY PERFORM THESE STEPS IF YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY A BRINK’S REPRESENTATIVE.
Soft Reboot:
• Hold the LCD button in for 5 – 10 seconds, until the LED light goes white.
• Release the button. The system will restart and the LED will remain white while it starts up.
• The LED will return to Blue once it is complete.
Hard Reboot:
• Hold the LCD button in for 5 – 10 seconds, until the LED light goes white.
• Release the button.
• Unplug the device, leave it unplugged 15 – 30 seconds.
• Plug the device back in.
• The system will restart and the LED will remain white while it starts up.
• The LED will return to Blue once it is complete.
Power Down:
• Hold the LCD button in for 5 – 10 seconds, until the LED light goes white.
• Release the button.
• Unplug the device.
• Plug the device back in when ready.
