While working for many years in hospitality he built his career in Italy, based on a passion for food and wine. The Italian culture and tradition are a big part of his life which he tries to share with his customers and Australian friends. He met Nico 10 years ago and within a short time they became good friends. The idea to create a new Italian spot in Newcastle was talked about, but it was only in 2019 their dreams became a reality.     Andrea Dazzi moved to Australia in 2009 from the beautiful region of Taormina in Sicily.
