Brighter Futures5K Run/Walk

RUN/WALK DESCRIPTION

Professionally timed event. Run or walk on a well-marked, accurately measured course.

The course uses the Walking Path that encircles Manor Middle School and Hambright Elemen-tary, and links with a path in the adjacent John G. Herr Park. It is paved and mostly flat, with a few gradual upgrades.

Dogs on a leash are welcome! They are permit-ted on the course but NOT in the building used for registration and restrooms. To ensure a enjoyable event for all, humans and puppers should note the registration instructions.

All dogs must be on a short leash (6’ or less), preferably non-retractable, at all times. Please keep Fido close to you in the crowd to avoid potential conflicts with runners and other dogs.• No females in heat. All dogs must be current on vaccinations. • Event officials reserve the right to deny entry or to excuse aggressive dogs. • Be prepared to clean up after your dog.
